'The body, speech, and mind of Vajra Dakini, wise one, may you hold them, and become equal to all Buddhas.' 'Oṃ Vajra Ḍākinī Kāya Vāka Citta Bhara Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ.' (藏文，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्रडाकिनीकायवाक्चित्तभर अभिषिञ्च हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajraḍākinīkāyavākcittabhara abhiṣiñca hūṃ，Literal meaning: Om, Vajra Dakini, body speech mind fill, empower, Hum) This is the Lord's Empowerment. The Subsequent Permission of Conduct: 'The ornaments and symbols well bestowed by all the Dakinis, likewise, with the sound showing the unreal subjugation, empower as a great hero.' (藏文，梵文天城体：ॐ महाडाकिनीवाक् अभिषिञ्च हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ mahāḍākinīvāk abhiṣiñca hūṃ，Literal meaning: Om, Great Dakini, speech, empower, Hum) With this, mixing space and awareness, one says 'Phaṭ' three times. 'This is the meaning of ultimate emptiness and compassion of all the Dakinis. Meditate on this meaning and cut the demons. Empower with the meaning of Dharmata.' 'Oṃ Mahā Ḍākinī Citta Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ.' (藏文，梵文天城体：ॐ महाडाकिनीगुण अभिषिञ्च हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ mahāḍākinīguṇa abhiṣiñca hūṃ，Literal meaning: Om, Great Dakini, quality, empower, Hum) With this, one is made to play the ḍamaru, and the intention of subduing the three realms is cultivated. 'This is the voice that shows the unreality of appearance and existence of all the Dakinis. Transform this voice and cut the demons. Empower with the human thighbone flute.' 'Oṃ Mahā Ḍākinī Karma Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ.' (藏文，梵文天城体：ॐ महाडाकिनीकर्म अभिषिञ्च हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ mahāḍākinīkarma abhiṣiñca hūṃ，Literal meaning: Om, Great Dakini, action, empower, Hum) With this, one is made to blow the thighbone flute, and the experience of realizing the unreality of appearance and existence is cultivated. This is the empowerment of ascetic conduct. Secondly, of the three supreme empowerments that generate the wisdom of the result, the Secret Empowerment: One visualizes the khaṭvāṅga of the chief Vajra Dakini as having become a lingam, and the bodhicitta that emerges from the bhaga as having entered into union with it, and being placed on the tongue. 'The body, speech, and mind of all the Buddhas, the inseparability of method and wisdom, well born from the secret place, son of the lineage, may you be empowered.' 'Oṃ Vajra Śūla Rakta Amṛta Hūṃ.'
