Second, transmitting the Dharma authority to the mind includes blessing and empowerment. First, the blessing of the wisdom deity is: visualize light radiating from the guru's heart, pervading the sky, with all the victorious ones manifesting as the five classes of dakinis descending. Simultaneously, visualize beautiful clouds of dakinis emanating from the hearts of the guru and mandala deities, accompanied by delightful dances and laughter, surging like an avalanche, merging into yourselves like snow falling on a stone. Accompanied by incense smoke and music, recite the ending of the above deity generation mantra, adding 'Abesha Ya A A,' and recite loudly. During these processes, signs of the wisdom deity's arrival may occur. Finally, recite 'Tishta Vajra' to stabilize it. Recite 'Pratistha Puja Ho,' offering the flower of wisdom. Recite 'Hevajra Pashya,' requesting to view the mandala, and then, according to the posture of the front generation deity, indicate the deity. Second, the true empowerment is to make the continuum a vessel, including the vase empowerment and the supreme empowerment that generates the wisdom fruit. First, visualize the five classes of dakinis each holding their own implements, sequentially bestowing empowerment, thereby generating corresponding realizations in the continuum. Recite: 'Vajra Dakini, the empowerment of water, today I bestow upon you. To accomplish the Buddha's mind, may you become Vajra Dakini. Om Vajra Dakini Abhisinca Hum.' Empower with the vase. 'Ratna Dakini, the empowerment of the crown, today I bestow upon you. To accomplish the Buddha's qualities, may you become Ratna Dakini. Om Ratna Dakini...' Bestow the crown. 'Padma Dakini, the empowerment of the vajra, today I bestow upon you... To accomplish the Buddha's speech... May you become Padma Dakini... Om Padma Dakini...' Give the vajra. 'Karma Dakini, the empowerment of the bell, today I bestow upon you... To accomplish the Buddha's actions... Karma Dakini... Om Karma Dakini Abhisinca Hum.' Give the bell. 'Buddha Dakini, the empowerment of the name, today... To accomplish the Buddha's body... May you become Tathagata Dakini... Om Buddha Dakini...' Bestow the empowerment of the name.
