Homage to the Noble Tārā! The Supreme Secret of the Utmost Secret! The consort of the main deity, Khaṭvāṃga! Outwardly, she is the venerable Tārā; inwardly, Vajra Bhairahi; secretly, Yeshe Tsogyal Yum; very secretly, Immortal Mandāra; ultimately, Prajñāpāramitā! Appearing as a symbolic mudrā, the supreme, unchanging secret sister! Together with the sons, she is the mother of all Buddhas! She is the joyful consort of great bliss! The swift, heroic practice, for the future followers, the yogis, in order to dispel all outer obstacles, is taught by me, the self-arisen Padmasambhava. Samaya! First, go through refuge, bodhicitta, and accumulation of merit, then, A! In the realm of the clear, self-aware, innate nature! 息灭十六等一切违逆之境，祈愿您恒时以慈悲垂顾！于您心间莲花月轮之上，有绿色“ཏཱྃ་” （藏文，梵文天城体：ताṃ，梵文罗马拟音：tāṃ，汉语字面意思：种子字）字，其外围绕绕着十个金刚文字。诵持时，咒语伴随着音声旋转，无量光芒向十方放射，迎请圣众，加持融入自身。消除一切众生的恐惧，证得圣度母之果位。愿我的身语意三门，与至尊圣母之身语意，无二无别，观想为巨大的守护。 以“ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་” (藏文，梵文天城体：ओṃ āḥ hūṃ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽) 加持三门为金刚三身的智慧。念诵“ཨོཾ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ” (藏文，梵文天城体：oṃ tāre tuttāre ture svāhā，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ tāre tuttāre ture svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，达咧，度达咧，度咧，梭哈) ，断除妄语，念诵十万遍等，将获得薄伽梵母的加持。一切怖畏都将平息，一切愿望都将实现，恒常忆念前世，获得不忘失之陀罗尼。在中阴时，亦能得到至尊圣母的摄受，从一切怖畏中解脱，从佛土前往佛土。收座时，将本尊融入光明中，安住于平等舍中。出座时，再次升起为本尊，绕行三所依，并精勤于七支供和曼荼罗等。 三昧耶！若欲摄受弟子，则陈设坛城有相之物，先行观修念诵，然后弟子应如此祈请：‘唉玛！一切诸佛之事业，自性圣母与无二金刚上师，祈请加持于我！’皈依发心，于三宝前皈依等，并修持至尊圣母度母等的七支供，积聚资粮。之后以宝瓶甘露沐浴：‘嗡！吉祥宝瓶之甘露水，为具缘的您沐浴，净除一切习气垢染，愿圣母之手印得以显现！’以根本咒和“ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥེ་ཀ་ཏེ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཤྲཱི་ཧཱུྃ༔ སརྦ་པཱ་པཾ་ཨཱ་ཝ་ར་ཎ་བི་ཤོ་དྷ་ན་སྭཱ་ཧཱ” (藏文，梵文天城体：oṃ sarva tathāgata abhiṣeka te samaya śrī hūṃ sarva pāpaṃ āvaraṇa viśodhana svāhā，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sarva tathāgata abhiṣeka te samaya śrī hūṃ sarva pāpaṃ āvaraṇa viśodhana svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，所有如来，灌顶，你，誓言，吉祥，吽！所有罪障，遮蔽，清净，梭哈！) 灌顶，以甘露水，刹那间清净身语之障，于化为度母之身时，融入智慧本尊之手印。嗡！显空无二金刚身，至尊圣母之身灌顶，今日赐予具缘的您，愿成就金刚之身！根本咒和“ཀཱ་ཡ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨོཾ” (藏文，梵文天城体：kāya abhiṣiñca oṃ，梵文罗马拟音：kāya abhiṣiñca oṃ，汉语字面意思：身灌顶嗡)！从念诵的传承加持咒鬘中，生起怖畏之众。

Pacify all adverse conditions such as the sixteen, and always protect with compassion! Above the lotus moon in your heart, there is a green 'ཏཱྃ་' (Tibetan, Devanagari: ताṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: tāṃ, Literal meaning: Seed syllable), surrounded by ten vajra letters. When recited, the mantra revolves with sound, and immeasurable rays radiate in ten directions, inviting the noble ones, and blessings dissolve into oneself. Eliminating all fears of all beings, may one attain the state of Noble Tara. May my body, speech, and mind, and the body, speech, and mind of the venerable Holy Mother, be inseparable, and may I contemplate it as a great protection. Bless the three doors into the wisdom of the three vajras with 'ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་' (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओṃ āḥ hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Literal meaning: Om Ah Hum). In the bardo, you will also be taken care of by the venerable Mother, and you will be liberated from all fears, going from Buddha-field to Buddha-field. When concluding the session, dissolve the deity into clear light and abide in equanimity. When entering the session, arise again as the deity, circumambulate the three supports, and diligently practice the seven-branch offering and the mandala, etc. Samaya! If you wish to accept disciples, arrange the symbolic substances of the mandala, first perform the meditation and recitation, and then the disciple should pray thus: 'Ema!
