All the purity and essence of Saṃsāra and Nirvāṇa are perfected in the realm of the Great Bindu. By the co-emergent nectar, may the empowerment of immortality and eternity be bestowed! At the end of the ten syllables, recite: Mahājñānacitta Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ! (藏文：མ་ཧཱ་ཛྙཱ་ན་ཙིཏྟ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：महाज्ञानचित्त अभिषिञ्च हुं，梵文罗马拟音：mahājñānacitta abhiṣiñca hūṃ，Great Wisdom Mind, Consecrate, Hūṃ) The pill thus blessed passes through the tongue, the three-pointed vajra path, and enters the center of the sun and moon palace in the heart. It transforms into a white, radiant bindu, inseparable from wind, awareness, and mind. Outside the palace, the self-nature of wisdom is sealed with a net of five-colored rays of light, making it firm, indestructible, and unchangeable. Purify the obscurations of the elements and bindus, and stabilize in the great bliss vajra, free from movement and effort. Visualize: The unchanging original light of the heart, the co-emergent self-nature, is manifest, free from all artificiality of acceptance, rejection, elimination, placement, hope, and fear. Abide in the naked state of self-aware primordial purity, completely transparent. Thus, allow yourself to remain in equal samadhi for a moment. Third, relying on the complete life banner, increase and stabilize the blessings: Visualize the Uṣṇīṣavijayā (meaning: name of the deity) clearly appearing as the actual form on the crown of your head. With great compassion, she thinks of you and blesses you to increase and stabilize the accomplishments of life and wisdom. Place the life torma on the crown of your head. Bhrūṃ! May the victorious over death and Māra, through the wisdom of the great crown, always be blessed, and may the glory of auspicious life be attained! Oṃ Amṛta Āyurda Svāhā! They sing auspicious songs and shower down a great rain of divine flowers. May the supreme feast of the accomplishments of immortal life and wisdom increase and expand from above, like a waxing moon. Scatter flowers and recite the verses spoken from the mouth, and especially: Ah! Spreading, it pervades the phenomenal world; contracting, it dissolves into a single bindu. 愿生命成就！’ 念诵这些以及心咒（rten snying）和苏帕提斯塔（su pra ti ṣṭha）等，并演奏悠扬的音乐。如此，不可思议且卓越的甚深法，无死圣母心髓的中等成熟灌顶，也圆满完成了甚深长寿的加持。其必要性也如根本金刚语所说：‘如法获得灌顶并修持，若成就大乐智慧身，何须说遣除暂时的障碍和增长寿命福德？即使寿命已尽也能必定延长，获得与梵天同等的寿命。因此，这个极其秘密的道，珍藏于心间。’ 如同特别赞颂和教导的那样，这是有权修持次第二道的成熟灌顶之精华，并且对于遣除暂时的寿命障碍和获得寿命的成就尤为甚深，因此务必将此作为誓言信物，并谨守根本和支分所包含的誓言。想着‘我将如法守护’，然后复诵此句。从‘如主尊一般’开始，到供养曼扎等都如常进行。第三，享用荟供，供养剩余食物等，也如事业智慧显现的仪轨一样进行即可成就。持明长寿之精华成就。进入四金刚之胎藏。愿从不变大明点的境界中，彻底解脱生死的名相分别！’ 此乃一切知见的大堪布金刚持阿旺索南嘉灿（Ngagwang Sonam Gyaltsen）尊者以第一珍宝之花等赐予口头教诲，并依此，从大伏藏师、智者成就者之总主处恭敬地接受了口传的许可和口诀之甘露，由莲花舞自在慧无边（Padma Garwang Lodro Thaye）于吉祥天静处（Dewikoti）之修行圣地的精华处所造。愿吉祥增盛！

May life be accomplished!' Recite these, along with the heart essence (rten snying) and Supratistha (su pra ti ṣṭha), and play melodious music for a long time. Thus, the incredible and extraordinary profound Dharma, the medium ripening empowerment of the Immortal Holy Mother's Heart Essence, has also perfectly accomplished the profound longevity blessing. Its necessity is also as stated in the root Vajra words: 'Having properly received the empowerment and practiced, if the Great Bliss Wisdom Body is accomplished, what need is there to mention the removal of temporary obstacles and the increase of life and merit? Even if life is exhausted, it will surely be prolonged, and one will attain a life equal to Brahma. Therefore, this extremely secret path, cherish it in the center of your heart.' As specially praised and instructed, this is the essence of the ripening empowerment that empowers one to practice the two stages, and it is particularly profound for removing temporary life obstacles and attaining the accomplishment of life. Therefore, be sure to hold this as a pledge and keep the pledges contained in the root and branches properly. Thinking 'I will protect it properly,' then repeat this sentence. Starting from 'As the main deity,' and offering the mandala, etc., proceed as usual. Third, enjoy the Tsokhra, and offering the remaining food, etc., can also be accomplished as in the ritual of the activity wisdom manifestation. The essence of Vidyadhara longevity is accomplished. Enter the womb of the four vajras. May the conceptual distinctions of birth and death be completely liberated from the realm of the great immutable Thigle! This was spoken by the all-knowing and all-seeing Great Khenpo Vajradhara Ngagwang Sonam Gyaltsen, who bestowed the oral teachings with the first precious flower, and based on this, respectfully received the permission of oral transmission and the nectar of instructions from the Great Tertön, the Lord of all scholars and accomplished ones, and was composed by Padma Garwang Lodro Thaye at the essence of the practice site of glorious Dewikoti.
