夜游神众，身着可怖庄严之形，秉持善恶，巡视冷热，遵从誓言，游走于尸林，各自化现使者。 祈请赐予光荣的胜利，依誓而行，成办事业！嗡 乌চ্ছিষ্ট बलिन्त खाहि (Om Uচ্ছিষ্ট बलिन्त खाहि，藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨུ་ཙྪིཥྚ་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཁཱ་ཧི，梵文天城体：ॐ उच्छिष्टबलिन्त खा हि，梵文罗马拟音：Om ucchiṣṭa baliṃta khā hi，汉语字面意思：嗡，剩余物，供养，吃)。以此将残食送至外面。 念诵百字明三遍，并忏悔过失：未寻得、未圆满、无力为之事，于此所做之错，祈请宽恕。 若有本尊所依之物，则祈请：于此处与所依物一同，为利有情而安住，赐予无病、长寿、权势与殊胜之成就。 若无所依物，则念诵 Vajra Muḥ，祈请返回本位，并以回向、发愿、吉祥语作结。 生起次第、念诵修持之次第，以及若欲修习圆满次第，则需于根本论典及其他文献中学习。此处仅为日常瑜伽之心要。 愿能自在调御风息与心识，于空行解脱之城中，得胜乐金刚之本尊空行母摄受， 成就大乐金刚之身！此乃为满足法王萨旺钦波之管家蒋扬吉列之意愿，莲花舞自在力者从法王掘藏师吉达林巴之根本伏藏法中，易于取出而著，愿善妙增上！

Hosts of Kṣetrapālas (night wanderers), adorned with terrifying and majestic forms, holding the balance of good and evil, surveying warmth and cold, following vows, wandering in charnel grounds, each with emanated messengers. I beseech you to grant glorious victory, act according to your vows, and accomplish activities! Om Ucchiṣṭa Baliṃta Khāhi (Om Ucchiṣṭa Baliṃta Khāhi, 藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨུ་ཙྪིཥྚ་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཁཱ་ཧི，梵文天城体：ॐ उच्छिष्टबलिन्त खा हि，梵文罗马拟音：Om ucchiṣṭa baliṃta khā hi，汉语字面意思：Om, Remnants, Offering, Eat). With this, send the leftovers outside. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra three times and confess faults: Whatever was not found, not completed, or lacked the power to do, whatever mistakes were made here, I beseech you to forgive. If there is a support for the deity, then pray: Here, together with the support, abide for the benefit of beings, and grant freedom from illness, long life, power, and supreme accomplishments. If there is no support, then recite Vajra Muḥ, request departure to its original place, and conclude with dedication, aspiration, and auspicious words. The sequence of generation stage, recitation, and practice, and if you wish to practice the completion stage, you must learn from the root texts and other documents. Here, only the essence of daily yoga is compiled. May I become master of wind and mind, and in the city of liberation of the Dakinis, be embraced by the supreme goddess of great bliss, May I accomplish the Vajra body of great bliss! This was written by Padma Gar gyi Wangchuk Tsal (Lotus Dance Powerful One) from the root terma of Chögyal Terdak Lingpa (King of Dharma, Treasure Revealer Lingpa) to fulfill the wishes of Jamyang Gelek, the steward of Chögyal Sawaang Chenpo (Great Powerful Dharma King).
