瑜伽士！二十一度母，一百零八名号。观想无量诸佛菩萨迎请至你们顶门并加持，从身体各处，不断降下五种颜色的甘露光芒。融入你们的五处，获得身语意功德事业的一切灌顶和成就。将灌顶之食子置于顶门。 嗡！食子圆满珍宝无量宫殿中，至尊度母救怖畏母，二十一度母，一百零八名号等，诸佛菩萨圣众如云涌现，显现于具信者顶门。身语意功德事业赐予灌顶，与本尊无别，能力增长稳固，胜共悉地无量获得。萨瓦 阿毗 辛扎 啥！观想食子坛城诸尊化光融入你们。 之后，念诵仪轨中的吉祥祈愿文。持守誓言，献曼扎，回向善根。圆满结束。上师对坛城献酬谢供赞，忏悔过失。若前方有智慧尊者所依之物，则作坚住祈请，若无则作迎请返回。将誓言尊融入自身。自生本尊收摄次第，回向发愿吉祥祈愿等，皆按仪轨而行。 于有海中，为百苦所逼迫之众生，导向解脱寂静之城，如胜母圣尊之行持，愿我等众生速疾成就。莲花舞自在慧无边者，为此前所未有之甚深秘密胜法之助缘，于宗萨吉祥天寺所书，增吉祥！

Yogis! Twenty-one Taras, one hundred and eight names. Visualize countless Buddhas and Bodhisattvas being invited to the crown of your heads and bestowing blessings, from all parts of the body, a continuous stream of five-colored nectar light descends. It dissolves into your five places, and you receive all the empowerments and accomplishments of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities. Place the empowerment torma on the crown of your head. Om! In the center of the perfect torma, the immeasurable palace of jewels, the venerable Tara, the fearless goddess, the twenty-one manifestations, the one hundred and eight names, etc., clouds of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas appear. Manifest clearly on the crown of the faithful. Empowering body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, inseparable from the deity, power increases and becomes stable. May you obtain the supreme and common siddhis, and limitless empowerments. Sarva Abhisinca Hrih! Visualize the deities of the torma mandala dissolving into light and merging into you. Then, recite the auspicious verses from the ritual. Keep the vows, offer the mandala, and dedicate the merit. Complete. The master offers thanks and praise to the mandala, and confesses faults. If there is an object of reliance for the wisdom deity in front, then make a stable residence request, if not, then make a request to return. Dissolve the samaya being into oneself. The self-generation deity is collected in stages, dedication, aspiration, auspicious words, etc., should be done according to the ritual. May all beings tormented by hundreds of sufferings in the ocean of existence, be led to the city of liberation and peace. Just like the conduct of the victorious mother, may I and other beings quickly achieve it.
