As the empowerment is given to the body with the mudra of the deity's form, contemplate the generation stage of appearance and emptiness like the moon in water, and gain the power to enslave the arrogant. From the heart of the master emanates a garland of mantras, entering your mouth, which is visualized as the deity. With the belief that the syllable Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) is on the sun disc at the heart, repeat after me: Connect the garland, Oṃ Vajra Sarva Duṣṭān Hūṃ Phaṭ! (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་སརྦ་དུཥྚཱན་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ༔ ) Three times. Place the garland of mantras on the throat and believe that it is stabilized through empowerment. Hūṃ! The essence of the speech of all Buddhas, gathered into one wrathful mantra, possessing the indestructible vajra sound, may you obtain the empowerment of glorious speech. At the end of the root mantra: Vāka Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ! (藏文：ཝཱ་ཀ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ༔ ). Thus, by giving the vajra empowerment to speech, the recitation of approach, accomplishment, and activities, and the power of fierce mantras will be accomplished without hindrance. Self-awareness clearly manifests as light, which is the method Heruka (Meaning: Blood Drinker). The essence is emptiness, free from elaboration, which is the wisdom Dharmadhatu Isvari. From the beginning, the inseparable union is known as the natural state of being, and rest in equanimity. Place the vajra bell at the heart and hand it over to the hand. Hūṃ! The wisdom heart of all Buddhas, self-aware, self-illuminating, abiding in oneself, in non-duality everything arises, the union of method and wisdom. Empowerment of the non-elaborate heart. At the end of the root mantra: Citta Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ! (藏文：ཙིཏྟ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ༔ ). Thus, by empowering the mind with the skill of seeing, one will fully accomplish the view of awareness and emptiness, primordial purity, and the great skill of simultaneously seizing the life force of all beings. Visualize that the ten ornaments and eight charnel ground garments are placed separately on the respective parts of the body. Perform the method of distributing the Tsakli (会供轮). Hūṃ! Inconceivable wisdom, great and majestic ornaments without equal, with the ornaments of glory and charnel ground, adorning the body, may you be blessed. Śrī Heruka Guṇa Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ! (藏文：ཤྲཱི་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་གུ་ཎ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ༔ ). By blessing with the great ornaments of powerful qualities, one becomes great, majestic, and without equal in the realms of samsara and nirvana. Hand over the three substances of medicine, blood, and Torma (食子). Hūṃ! Medicine, blood, and Torma are offerings, by empowering with the samaya substances, may you obtain the empowerment to practice the deities, meditate, recite, and perform activities. Śrī Heruka Karma Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ! (藏文：ཤྲཱི་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་ཀརྨ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ༔ ). Hand over the Doma (朵玛) and Vajrakilaya (金刚橛). Hūṃ! Possessing the life of compassion, possessing the samadhi of the three clarities, possessing the three intentions, may you obtain the empowerment to subdue enemies and obstacles.
