Eighth, Offering of Leftovers: Hūṃ! Chief of the Ḍākinīs, Lion-faced One who Subdues Māras! You who are empowered as messengers of the command cycle! Come here and partake of this torma of leftover offerings! Turn back all obstacles and bad circumstances for the practitioner! Bhyo! Guardians of the field, oath-bound ones, hosts of workers! You are the protectors who possess samaya! You are the ones who cut the life-force of those who break their vows! Judge impartially between good and bad! Protect the samaya and roam the three thousand worlds! Patrol the warmth of practice and frequent the assembly hall! Fly unobstructed through the sky with miraculous powers! Inconceivable numbers of servants and attendants! Take this offering of choice leftovers! Grant your aid to me, the yogi! Accomplish activities without obstruction! Turn back all unfavorable and harmful circumstances! Accomplish the activities that have been entrusted to you! Sarva Ḍākinī Samaya Uচ্ছিষ্টা Balimta Bhaksha Bhaksha Kha Kha Khāhi Khāhi! Ninth, Proclamation of the Severance Decree: Hūṃ! In the past, in the first of the kalpas of the past! In the three celestial realms and the one hundred and eight charnel grounds! The Great Glorious Supreme Padma Heruka! Subjugated the ḍākinīs of appearance and existence! Having performed the union and liberation of secret mantras, he bound them by oath! Proclaiming the severance decree of oath and command! And bestowing the torma of samaya substances and nectar! Did you not pledge to protect the secret mantra teachings without interruption? Did you not pledge to accomplish the activities of the yogis without interruption? Take this torma of oath and command! Without transgressing the oath of your former promise! Accomplish all the activities that have been entrusted to you! Thereafter, in India, before the Vajra Throne! When the teachers of the heretics and māras appeared! The representative of the teacher, Padma Thötreng! Went to the great charnel ground for secret play! Subjugating the ḍākinīs and messengers! And when he turned the wheel of the gathering and made offerings! The Lion-faced Ḍākinī, the messengers, and the ḍākinīs! And all the gods and demons dwelling in the charnel grounds! Having offered the essence of their own life-force! Did you not pledge to subdue the heretical māra armies without interruption? Did you not pledge to protect the teachings of the Buddha without interruption? Did you not pledge to slay the enemies and obstructors of the teachings without interruption? Take this torma of samaya substances and ornaments! Without transgressing the oath of your former promise! Accomplish the activities that have been entrusted to you by the yogis! Thereafter, in the snowy land of Tibet! At the time when the source of the Buddha's teachings began! In the secret practice places such as Chimphu! The Great Teacher Padmasambhava! And the disciple Nanam Namkhai Nyingpo! And Jomo Tsogyal, the Māra-Subduing Ḍākinī! When they opened the maṇḍala of the very secret ḍākinīs! Offering the essence of one's own life, may we never cease to protect the Buddha's teachings? May we never cease to slay the demonic obstacles of the doctrine's enemies? Accept this torma adorned with samaya substances, and without transgressing the vows of the past, uphold the teachings of the secret mantra Mahayana, pacify the obstacles of the Vidyadhara practitioners, avert the armies of the externalist heretics, and accomplish the tasks entrusted by the yogis. Sarva Dakini Samaya Gya Gya Gya! Pramoha Idam Balimta Khahi! Tenth, Protecting the Steadfast Mothers: Bhya! You steadfast mothers who protect the land of Tibet, having pledged before the great master Padmasambhava, offering the essence of your lives, to protect the teachings of those with vows, to be companions to the practitioners, and to protect the teachings of the vidyadharas' mantras. Thus, having promised and vowed, may the twelve steadfast mothers and their retinues, enjoy this glorious offering torma, may the yogis' life and merit increase, may their wishes be fulfilled as desired, may the disturbances of the times and the border wars be pacified, and may the tasks entrusted be accomplished. Mama Lala Ting Ting Hrim Hrim Sarva Balimta Khahi! Eleventh, Torma Dance: Hum! In this palace of the mothers, the terrifying charnel ground mandala is complete, the wisdom dakinis fill the sky, the samaya dakinis fill the space, the action dakinis fill the earth, and the various dakinis fill the directions. Hum! This dance is the dance of the Vajra Dakini, striking in the state of mirror-like wisdom, may the hateful enemies and obstacles be pacified in their own place. Haha Shimta Kuru Ye Svaha! Hum! This dance is the dance of the Ratna Dakini, striking in the state of equanimity wisdom, may the arrogant enemies and obstacles be pacified in their own place. Riri Pushtim Kuru Ye Svaha! Hum! This dance is the dance of the Padma Dakini, striking in the state of discriminating wisdom, may the lustful enemies and obstacles be pacified in their own place. Nini Pasam Kuru Ye Svaha! Hum! This dance is the dance of the Karma Dakini, striking in the state of accomplishing wisdom, may the jealous enemies and obstacles be pacified in their own place. Sasa Maraya Phet! Subjugate the enemies and obstacles Svam Bhaya Nan! Om Lam! Hum Lam! Sum Lam! Nashaya Nan! Twelfth, Obtaining Accomplishments: Hum!
