Next is: Swallowing air as before, if the body cannot contain it, it emanates from the two lower orifices and the pores of the lower body, like a rope, in the form of a very subtle rainbow, with the tip like an iron hook, absorbing the essence of the five elements from the powerful golden foundation below, condensing into the self-nature of the five rainbows. Just as the earth's vapor rises in summer, filling the three thousand worlds, gradually condensing into the four continents, Jambudvipa, places, and dwellings. Finally, when one's own bed is full, imagine that the body below the breasts is wrapped, and the body feels warm and happy, and meditate that all cushions are soaked. The fourth is to prolong life, eating the sky as food: fixing the gaze on the sky, reciting 'Hum' (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable), swallowing air, causing all the sky elements of Jambudvipa to become like the color of rainbow lapis lazuli, forming a dark blue 'Hum' in the sky in front, the size of a palm, occurring simultaneously with cutting the wind channel, transforming into immortal nectar, filling the entire body, thereby attaining the deathless vidyadhara state. The fifth is the method of receiving the four empowerments of blessings: swallowing air as before, emanating from the body in the form of rainbow offering clouds, pervading the ten directions, pleasing all the Buddhas of the ten directions and three times. Inviting the five wisdoms from their five places, in the form of five-colored rainbows, merging into one's own five places, thereby purifying the four obscurations, obtaining the four empowerments, and firmly believing in obtaining the four bodies. The sixth is drinking: visualizing all appearances as water, especially visualizing the very cool water flowing from a towering cliff, accompanied by a gurgling sound, descending from the sky, swallowing through the tongue, drinking when thirsty. The seventh is eliminating obstacles: when eating silently, the body posture is not fixed, slightly lifting the buttocks, stretching the neck upwards, so that eating can eliminate obstacles caused by violent eating, such as red jaundice, etc. When gobbling, the body posture is as above, cutting off violently with a 'Ha' sound, while punching the chest with a fist, so that it can eliminate the upward rush of air and suffocation. When eating forcibly, eliminating fatigue by pressing down from the upper palate and lifting up by bending the neck. Suppressing hiccups and vomiting, and not farting is very important. These are all methods of eliminating obstacles, and the main effort should be put on the violent eating itself. In this case, if it is necessary to walk, visualize walking on a white rainbow. In the morning session, first do not speak, exhale the nine rounds of breath, and with a kind heart, take refuge, generate bodhicitta, and practice the four immeasurables. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

From then on, the focus of each of the six sessions (referring to the six periods of the day) and the effort on both prana and food are extremely important. In the last session, face towards sleep, dissolve the Guru at the crown of the head into the accomplished Jābir at the space between the eyebrows, and remain in a natural state. If the prana is held in Kumbhaka (breath retention), the Gurus will dissolve into oneself in the form of a rainbow, and the Guru's body, speech, and mind will inseparably merge with one's own body, speech, and mind, remaining in the state of the rainbow body, clear inside and out. Visualize oneself as Jābir, and inside the body, the upper end of the central channel (Nadi) piercing the crown of the head, and the lower end piercing the area below the navel, possessing four characteristics. It is as bright as a sesame oil lamp, as red as madder juice, as thin as a lotus petal, and as straight as a tree trunk by the water. Its thickness ranges from that of a horse's tail to that of an arrow shaft, and then to that of a willow branch. The entire body is the central channel, and it becomes larger and larger, visualizing it as vast as the sky. Then it becomes thinner and thinner again, visualizing it as clear as a willow branch. The red Lalanā (Rasanā) channel on the right, with its upper end piercing the right nostril; the white Rasanā channel on the left, with its upper end piercing the left nostril; the lower ends of both piercing the lower end of the central channel. The root of these three channels is like the hook of the Tibetan letter 'ཆ'. These three channels exist like the pillars of the body. On the central channel existing in this way, search for the chakras: in the heart, there is the Dharma wheel with thirty-two petals; in the throat, there are sixteen petals; in the crown of the head, there are three hundred and sixty petals; in the navel, there are sixty-four petals; and in the secret place, there are twenty-eight petals. These chakras are as clear as the ribs of an umbrella. All of these are as clear as the characteristics of the central channel. Inside that central channel, at the lower end, above the solar plexus, visualize an indestructible 'A' (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:无) syllable, as thin as a hair, entering inside the central channel, with flames blazing, and focus awareness there. From there, exhale nine times of impure air, and then inhale, holding the union below the navel. Focus on the 'A' (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:无) syllable with blazing flames, and contract the lower prana. When it becomes unbearable, inhale slightly, and then slowly exhale through the nostrils. Once accustomed to this, focus on the flames burning below the navel. Then, focus on the heart and throat one at a time. In coordination with this, add a little inhalation each time and meditate. Cross the fingers, hug the knees, and shake. One can also do one hundred and one abdominal rotations. Rotate the head left and right like an umbrella, throw to the left and right and to the four directions, alternately throw the left and right hands, alternately twist the upper body left and right, and keep the lower body still. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
