在镇压邪魔和恶誓鬼魂之上的，日月莲花座上降临“吽”字(ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，hum，种子字)。光芒四射，供养诸佛，净化众生的业障，摧毁十万龙族、千位念神、百位土地神的威力。再次汇集诸佛的加持，融入“吽”字。完全转变之后，我成为忿怒尊主，秘密的主人，三面九眼，主面容为深蓝色，右面白，左面红。九眼怒视，咬紧牙关，胡须如火焰般燃烧，红黄色的头发向上竖立，头发间露出翠绿的马头。马头之上是白色鹏鸟，拥有铁喙铁爪和火焰翅膀，忿怒之角和口中喷出火焰，鼻中呼出狂风，眼中流出鲜血，吞噬五种蛇类。发出“克让、克让、克让、克让、金、金”响彻三千世界的巨响。六只手中，右三手高举金色九股金刚杵，挥舞燃烧的宝剑，手持金色法轮。左三手将燃烧的忿怒印指向心口，手持铃铛和蛇索。以五种蛇类、牛皮、象皮、虎皮作为装饰。金刚翅膀和毛孔中喷出火焰。身躯巨大，四肢粗壮，令人恐惧。发出金刚的怒吼声“哈、哈、嘿、嘿”，震动须弥山，发出“吽、吽”的喉音，使龙族和八部鬼神全部昏厥。安住于劫末烈火熊熊燃烧的红色和黑色火焰之中。从我的心中放射出四个“仲”字(ཁྲོཾ，kroṃ，krom，种子字)，安住在四个辐条之上。 由此，东方是心之鹏鸟，白色，拥有海螺般的喙爪，拍打着火焰翅膀，吞噬着白色蛇王，头顶以金刚杵作为装饰。南方是功德之鹏鸟，黄色，拥有黄金般的喙爪，拍打着火焰翅膀，吞噬着红白相间的婆罗门蛇，头顶以珍宝作为装饰。西方是语之鹏鸟，红色，拥有珊瑚般的喙爪，拍打着火焰翅膀，吞噬着黄色王族蛇，头顶以莲花作为装饰。北方是事业之鹏鸟，绿色，拥有碧玉般的喙爪，拍打着火焰翅膀，吞噬着蓝色平民蛇，头顶以金刚交杵作为装饰。再次从自己的心中放射出十个“吽”字(ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，hum，种子字)，安住在十个辐条之上。完全转变之后，东方第一辐条是：大忿怒尊吽嘎惹，白色，拉满弓箭。东方第二辐条是尊胜，青蓝色，手持金刚杵。

Upon suppressing the obstacles and oath-breakers, on the seat of the sun, moon, and lotus, the syllable 'Hūṃ' (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，hum，seed syllable) descends. Light radiates, offering to the Buddhas, purifying the karmic obscurations of sentient beings, and subduing the power of a hundred thousand nāgas, a thousand gnyan spirits, and a hundred earth lords. Again, gathering the blessings of the Buddhas, it dissolves into 'Hūṃ'. From the complete transformation, I become the wrathful king, the secret lord, with three faces and nine eyes. The main face is dark blue, the right is white, and the left is red. The nine eyes glare fiercely, teeth are gnashing, the beard blazes like fire, and the reddish-yellow hair bristles upwards, from within which a green horse-head neighs. Above the horse-head is a white garuda with iron beak and claws, and wings of fire. Horns of wrath and fire blaze from the mouth, wind gusts from the nostrils, blood boils from the eyes, and it seizes and devours the five kinds of serpents. It roars with a sound of 'kraṅ kraṅ kriṅ kriṅ kiṅ kiṅ' filling the three thousand worlds. Of the six hands, the three right hands hold aloft a golden nine-pronged vajra, a flaming sword, and a golden wheel. The three left hands hold a flaming threatening mudra at the heart, a bell, and a serpent lasso. Adorned with five kinds of serpents, ox hide, elephant hide, and tiger skin. Fire blazes from the vajra wings and pores. The body is large, the limbs are thick, and it is terrifying. Uttering the vajra laughter 'ha ha hi hi', it shakes Mount Meru, and the sound of 'hūṃ hūṃ' crushes all the nāgas and the eight classes of gods and demons, causing them to faint. It dwells within a mass of red and black flames blazing like the fire of the eon's end. From my heart, four 'Kroṃ' (ཁྲོཾ，kroṃ，krom，seed syllable) radiate and abide upon the four spokes. Thus, in the east is the heart garuda, white, with a conch-like beak and claws, flapping fiery wings, devouring the white serpent king, and adorned with a vajra on the crown of its head. In the south is the quality garuda, yellow, with a golden beak and claws, flapping fiery wings, devouring the reddish-brown Brahmin serpent, and adorned with a jewel on the crown of its head. In the west is the speech garuda, red, with a coral beak and claws, flapping fiery wings, devouring the yellow royal serpent, and adorned with a lotus on the crown of its head. In the north is the activity garuda, green, with a turquoise beak and claws, flapping fiery wings, devouring the blue commoner serpent, and adorned with a crossed vajra on the crown of its head. Again, from my heart, ten 'Hūṃ' (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，hum，seed syllable) radiate and abide upon the ten spokes. From the complete transformation, the first spoke in the east is: the great wrathful one Hūṃkāra, white, drawing a bow and arrow. To the north, Amrita Kundalin (Nectar Vortex), green, holding a crossed vajra and a bell.
