Always abide in a state of non-sorrow, dedicate the accumulation of virtue without objectification, like space, to all beings, may you quickly attain the glorious state of Heruka. Thus, after the preliminary practice of taming the mindstream, in order to establish the basis of blessings, please clearly visualize yourselves as the deity's form. The Suchness of intrinsic purity, the uncreated radiance of great bliss, from the sound of the awareness Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ), arises the blazing Vajra tent, in the center, the elements are stacked in order, in the center of the thousand-petaled lotus, from Bhrūṃ (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रूं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Seed syllable) arises the lunar mansion, within which is a great Vajra rock, upon the lotus, sun, and Rudra, a Vajra marked with Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ), radiating light, offering to the Buddhas, taming beings. The light of blessings gathers, you all manifest as the great glorious Heruka, dark blue-black, one face, two arms, wrathful and fierce, possessing nine dances, the right hand holds a Vajra, the left hand holds a bell, the two feet stand in a playful posture, the Vajra wings are stretched fiercely, adorned with glory and charnel ground ornaments, the great mother Krodheshvari Ma, holds a khatvanga and a blood-red conch, the father and mother indulge in the bliss of union, the Vajra and lotus are joined together, from the body blazes a fire of wisdom. Thus visualize, at the crown of the head is a white Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ), at the throat is a red Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Āḥ), at the heart is a blue Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ), these are marked by the essence of the Vajra three bodies of all Buddhas. From the heart of the Guru emanates immeasurable light, from the charnel ground of the Dharma-dhatu blazing fire, the dark blue self-arisen E (Tibetan: ཨེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ए, Sanskrit Romanization: e, Chinese literal meaning: E) mandala, and so forth, all the victorious ones of the ten directions and four times, together with their retinue, appear like dust motes in sunbeams in the form of the body, hand gestures, speech syllables, and mind symbols of glorious Heruka, and seep into your three doors, blessing you to become the nature of the Vajra three bodies. At the end of the heart mantra, strongly pronounce 'Jnana Aveshaya A Ah', invoke the blessings with the combination of incense and music. The wisdom being is made to abide in the mindstream until enlightenment is attained. Oṃ Supratiṣṭha Vajrāya Svāhā (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སུ་པྲ་ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲཱ་ཡ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ supratiṣṭha vajrāya svāhā, Chinese literal meaning: Om, well established, Vajra, Svaha). Place the Vajra on the head. The offering vessel is the Dharma-dhatu self-arisen lunar burning palace, the palace of wisdom self-manifest rainbow light rays swirling flames. The offering is the Bhagavan Heruka father and mother, and the dwelling protectors, gatekeepers, Isvara, Dakini and other retinues, abiding densely like clouds, from their bodies emanate immeasurable forms of body mudras. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Visualize that it enters from your foreheads, removes all the sins and obscurations of the body, receives the empowerment and blessings of the body, and becomes fortunate to manifest the root-channels, emptiness, and Vajra body. Hūṃ! From the Dharma-realm treasure, the moon mandala palace, the assembly of deities of the great glorious Heruka (Heruka), whose body is the nine dances of blazing wisdom, the unwavering equanimity, the state of body, speech, and mind, although there is no fabrication in the Dharma-realm, manifests as a compassionate body for the benefit of beings, and shows everything according to the appearance of faith. Great glorious father and mother, the time for the vow has come, please bestow the supreme empowerment of the body upon our bodies, bless us to realize appearance and emptiness as deities, and grant us the accomplishment of immortal life. Oṃ Rulu Rulu Hūṃ Bhyo Hūṃ! Kāya Abhiṣiñca Sarva Siddhi Phala Ho! Thus, place the Torma (Torma, a kind of offering) on the crown of the head. The Torma vessel is the Dharma-realm's self-born moon, in the blazing mandala, wisdom self-manifests, in the space of swirling rainbows, light rays, and fire piles. The Torma is the Bhagavan, the great glorious Heruka father and mother, and the dwelling place, the protectors, the retinue of Dakinis, etc., abiding like clouds, from their speech emanate countless letters of speech mantras. Entering from your throats, remove all the sins and obscurations of speech, receive the empowerment and blessings of speech, and become fortunate to manifest the air-channels, emptiness, and Vajra speech.
