From the Kunzang Tukter's six lamps, the longevity practice arising from the heart essence most secret clear lamp, the empowerment associated with bestowing the accomplishment of medicine, ghee, and essence, has three parts: preparation, main practice, and conclusion. Place a vase containing twenty-five precious substances on the mandala, adorned with a blue neck cord, and filled with the above-mentioned essence pills, covered with a vajra cross. Arrange the torma, rakta, and outer offerings as usual. Other necessary implements should also be gathered. The second part is the practice and offering: If you want to do it in detail, you can perform the complete ritual of Yangdag, Peaceful and Wrathful, and Phurba, and then enter the stage of self-generation and recitation. If that much is not possible, you can skip the peaceful practice and do a shortened version: According to the ritual, generate bodhicitta with one shloka such as 'I and the infinite,' dispel obstacles and establish boundaries. Homage! Perform the common practices such as the eight-limbed confession. After completing the outer offerings of the three substances—medicine, alcohol, and torma (Tor-ma)—from the activity manual, along with their blessings, meditate on the four immeasurables, beginning with 'May all sentient beings have happiness.' From 'All Sugatas, Conquerors, without exception' up to 'Jñāna sattva citta hūṃ,' generate the wrathful samaya being. Hūṃ! Invite the wisdom being with one verse such as 'Eye of Wisdom.' Request to be seated, stabilized, subdued, and prostrate with one verse each such as 'Great Supreme Union.' Offer with the adornments of manifestation such as 'Appearing and existing,' Hūṃ! The torma such as 'Wonderful,' Hūṃ! And the secret injunctions such as 'Great distinction.' Recite the two verses of praise to the father and mother, and then, combining with the visualization of the approach and accomplishment, recite 'Rulu' as much as possible and offer the hundred-syllable mantra. Purify the front generation support and mandala. From non-objectification, in an instant, a self-arisen charnel ground palace, complete with all ornaments and characteristics, in the center, the glorious Vajra Heruka, with three faces and six arms, in a wrathful posture, the right face white, the left red, and the middle blue, the right hands holding a vajra, khaṭvāṃga, and small drum, the left hands holding a bell, blood-filled skull cup, and lasso, with four feet trampling on arrogant males and females, enjoying union with the wrathful consort, adorned with the eight glorious ornaments on the body, utterly majestic with the nine dances of blazing. Inside the ga'u (amulet box) of the sun and moon at the heart, the Lord of Life, Vajrasattva, with one face and two arms, the body white in color, the right hand in the gesture of refuge and holding a vajra, the left hand holding a vase of life, the consort also being the Lady of Space, the Life-Holder, in union and holding a vase of life, adorned with various precious ornaments, contemplate as possessing the signs and marks. At the center of the vajra at the heart, within the ga'u of method and wisdom, the three syllables A, Nṛ, and Hūṃ are the essence of life, contemplate as clear, radiant, and accompanied by light. In the four directions are the four families of Amitāyus, with colors of white, yellow, red, and green, holding a wheel, jewel, lotus, and crossed vajra respectively in the right hands, and holding a vase of life in the left hands. Buddhalocana and Māmakī, White-Clothed Mother and Samaya Tārā, the four consorts in union with the main deity, holding a vase of life in their hands. In the four intermediate lingas, in the east and south is Vijaya, white, holding a wheel and vase; in the southwest is Yamāntaka, dark blue, holding a club and vase; in the northwest is Rājādhirāja, with a horse head on the crown, green, the right hand holding a staff, the left hand holding a vase, visualize clearly; in the northeast is Amrita Kundalin, blue-green, holding a vajra and crossed vajra, the left hand holding a vase of life.
