Place it on your crown and wear it inseparable from your body. Perform the stages of gathering, and extensively make aspirations and auspicious wishes. By this, one will effortlessly attain both supreme and common siddhis (accomplishments). Samaya! Seal! Seal! Seal! Profound Instructions on the Completion Stage of Vajrasattva's Heart Essence Profound Instructions on the Completion Stage of Vajrasattva's Heart Essence. Homage to glorious Vajrasattva! Those practitioners who, with a strong sense of renunciation towards samsara (cyclic existence), seek liberation, should in a secluded place, on a comfortable seat, assume the seven-point posture, exhale three times, and cultivate immeasurable devotion to the guru (spiritual teacher). Visualize oneself as the clear Vajrasattva, in the center of the body is the central channel, on the right and left are the right and left channels, the four chakras (energy centers), and the karma chakra (wheel of action) should all be visualized clearly. Then, gently inhale the five types of prana (vital energies) through the nostrils, causing the two chakras to rotate. From the upper end of the central channel, the syllable Hūṃ (ཧཾ,hūṃ,seed syllable, has multiple meanings, including emptiness, wisdom, etc.) of bodhicitta (enlightenment mind) descends, white and red bindus (essential drops) fill the entire upper and lower body, abide in the experience of bliss that pervades everything, the union of bliss and emptiness. Then, the upper and lower body dissolve into light, focus on the pure five-colored bindu in the heart, and abide in a state of non-objectification. Again, for those who have practiced tantra (esoteric teachings) with mudras (hand gestures), visualize oneself and one's consort as Vajrasattva in union, and clearly visualize the chakras, the vajra (diamond scepter) and lotus (womb) in the secret place, marked with the syllables Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,seed syllable, has multiple meanings, including emptiness, wisdom, etc.) and Mūṃ (མཱུྃ,mūṃ,seed syllable, has multiple meanings, including emptiness, wisdom, etc.). Due to indulging in the five desirable qualities without attachment, desire arises, igniting the tummo (inner heat). The bindu dissolves as before, observe the nature of the four joys, and finally, when the bindu reaches the tip of the jewel, the innate wisdom is realized, and it reverses upwards to the crown, spreading throughout the body, cultivating the experience of unattached bliss. Then, all phenomena and beings dissolve into light, dissolving into oneself, one's own upper and lower body also vanish into a mass of light, transforming into a white A (ཨ,a,seed syllable, representing emptiness). Focus on this for a moment, and abide in a state of non-objectification. At this time, there is no object of form or color that the mind can grasp. By observing the nature of distraction and non-distraction, delusion and non-delusion, a natural, unattached, ungrasping, self-luminous, clear, and inexpressible experience arises. Similarly, whatever thoughts arise, abide in them, and whatever arises will be liberated without attachment. In all activities, act naturally. By abiding in a state free from hope, fear, acceptance, rejection, fabrication, and manipulation, one will simultaneously realize non-duality, oneness, sudden enlightenment, and liberation. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I deeply prostrate! Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Om! From the heart essence of Vajrasattva, abide in the yoga of practice and recitation. I prostrate to the glorious Vajrasattva! The daily yoga is as follows: Take refuge and generate the mind of enlightenment. In the state of non-inherent existence of all phenomena, one's own awareness is a blue Hūṃ. From the rays of that Hūṃ, a tent of wisdom protection arises, within which flames blaze. From Paṃ, a variegated lotus with eight petals arises, in the center of which is a jeweled throne supported by lions, upon a lotus and sun disc. Above that, from Hūṃ, a vajra marked with Hūṃ arises. From that, light radiates, offering to all the Victorious Ones, purifying the obscurations of beings, and establishing them in the state of Buddhahood. The blessings of all the Sugatas are drawn back and completely transformed. Thus, the glorious Vajrasattva, whose body color is like clear sky, one face, two arms, adorned with the thirty-two major marks and eighty minor signs. The right hand holds a five-pronged vajra pointed towards the heart, and the left hand holds a bell resting on the hip. The legs are in the vajra posture. Embracing him is the consort, the blue Dhyingphyukma, holding a vajra and bell. Both have their hair tied up, adorned with jeweled tiaras, head ornaments, and silk pendants. They wear white silk upper garments with gold patterns, and skirts of various colors like rainbows, tiger skin skirts, silk sleeves, and various dangling ornaments. They are adorned with earrings, necklaces, semo do (a type of necklace), neck ornaments, armlets, bracelets, and anklets. Above the blue undergarment, a golden belt adorned with net and half-net patterns, beautiful with jingling sounds. Possessing the nine peaceful expressions, he abides in the nature of radiating infinite light. The five afflictions are primordially pure, transformed into the five wisdoms, crowned with the five Buddha families. From the three places (body, speech, and mind), Oṃ, Āḥ, Hūṃ, arise as the nature of the combined body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas. In his heart, on a lotus and moon seat, is a blue five-pronged vajra, in the center of which is a moon, upon which is a blue Hūṃ, constantly manifesting its nature. Recite: Hūṃ Vajra Dhṛk Mūṃ Dhātvīśvarī Svaṃ. At the end, transform all appearances and existence into the pure land of Vajrasattva, and merge into oneself. Then, oneself also dissolves into light and merges into the Hūṃ at the heart. After that, rest in the state of non-inherent existence. Again, like a fish leaping out of water, oneself appears as Vajrasattva, the three places manifesting the vajra nature of body, speech, and mind, Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
