我，以 baliṃta abhiṣiñca hūṃ (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：供物，灌顶，种子字)！在此，如果需要，念诵上师传承的所有名号，并如共同仪轨般下达教令，将朵玛置于头顶。最后交到（弟子）手中，说：‘金刚弟子，你已获得黑忿怒莲师（dpal rta mgrin nag po）的命力灌顶，因此，将此黑忿怒莲师作为你的本尊！修持！禅观！成就！证悟！役使八部鬼神和骄慢者，遵守誓言！摧毁所有凶猛的仇敌和障碍！’ 如此说。因此，他获得了极其重要的黑忿怒莲师命力灌顶，将此作为本尊，身语意三门作为上师的奴仆奉献，并想着不违背上师的任何教言，请复诵这些话语。如主尊一般，从今日起等等。献曼扎，做共同的回向。上师献护法朵玛。从会供加持到吉祥祈愿之间的所有次第，都按照大伏藏师所作的仪轨进行，即可成就。为了谋生而渴望名声，将命力灌顶赐予被邪魔缠身的在家人，愿从这种恶业中解脱，与能够实修的瑜伽士相遇，从而摧毁末法时代的恶毒！ 这里有一些古老的仪轨文献，但由于传承中断，有些内容显得繁琐，因此在伏藏原文的基础上，略加阐释，莲花舞自在教法兴盛洲（padma gar dbang bstan gnyis gling pas）在擦扎仁钦扎（tsa 'dra rin chen brag）将此编纂成深奥伏藏宝藏的精华，愿吉祥增上！

I, baliṃta abhiṣiñca hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning: Offering, Consecration, Seed Syllable)! Here, if needed, recite all the names of the lineage gurus, and give instructions as in the common ritual, placing the torma on the head. Finally, hand it over (to the disciple), saying: 'Vajra disciple, you have received the life-force empowerment of glorious Black Hayagriva (dpal rta mgrin nag po), therefore, take this Black Hayagriva as your yidam! Uphold! Meditate! Accomplish! Realize! Subjugate the eight classes of gods and demons and the arrogant ones, keep the samaya! Destroy all fierce enemies and obstacles!' Thus say. Therefore, he has obtained the extremely important life-force empowerment of Black Hayagriva, taking this as the yidam, offering the three doors of body, speech, and mind as servants of the guru, and thinking of not violating any of the guru's instructions, please repeat these words. Like the main deity, starting from today, etc. Offer the mandala, do the common dedication. The master offers the protector torma. From the feast gathering blessing to the auspicious words, all the sequences are done according to the terma of the Great Treasure Revealer, and it will be accomplished. May we be liberated from the evil karma of seeking fame for livelihood, bestowing life-force empowerment to householders possessed by evil spirits, meet with yogis who are able to practice, and thus destroy the malice of the degenerate age!
