大宝伏藏TD986 马头明王秘密总集之灌顶，广大顶灌与秘密合修之仪轨名为《大灌顶秘密命滴》。莲师马头明王密法，殊胜灌顶。 顶礼上师大吉祥马头明王！摧伏四魔，炽燃身光芒万丈；以成就甘露之精华，得以圆满兴盛；大自在嘿汝嘎，吉祥圆满一切；语金刚加持身语意三门。此乃成就口耳传承及伏藏百千万之精华，是南方伏藏珍宝果实之精髓，莲师寂静忿怒尊之中忿怒尊之灌顶，仅在藏地被赞叹为极深之法。马头明王秘密总集之灌顶，具足降伏傲慢众生之命根之殊胜灌顶，依仗彩绘坛城，以单一方式传授之简易行法，分为四部分：准备工作之布置、坛城之修供、正行灌顶、以及后续之深奥封印等。首先是：在圆满庄严之处，以供品和装饰点缀，在法座上，坛城中央，于法生（梵文：Dharmodaya，意为法源）中心，设单门月亮，外围是颅骨鬘，其外是四辐轮，辐条上刻有弯刀，其后是八辐轮，再后是八角宝，四门有马头，尸陀林，莲花座，火焰山等，如忿怒坛城一般，各尊神之位置以身像或种子字、法器标示。中央之曼扎上，置放宝瓶，瓶颈系红色绸带，内含二十五精华，其上安放饰有马头之胜乐甘露丸。前方之『埃』字护轮上，布置主尊橛，以马头标示。左右两侧，分别放置主尊五部之头饰，丝绸彩带，人头鬘，骨灰，人油，血，牛皮，人皮，虎皮裙，蛇串，钺刀，颅碗，宝剑，卡杖嘎，铃，铁钩，豹皮裙， 骨饰，带杵之事业橛和林伽，食子及各种食物。后方，于装满酒、三甜、法药之颅器中，于镜子上以朱砂和酒润湿，在法生中央和四方书写摩诃热那（藏文， 梵文：Mahāratna，梵文罗马拟音：mahāratna，大宝）字样，盖上红布。

Abundantly enriched with the essence of accomplishment nectar. The great powerful Heruka, glorious king of all. Bless the three doors with the vajra of speech. The essence of hundreds of thousands of oral and treasure teachings for accomplishing this. The heart essence of the precious fruit of the Southern Treasure. The wrathful empowerment within the peaceful and wrathful Padmasambhava. This is praised as the most profound in the land of Tibet. The expanded empowerment of Hayagriva Secret Assembly, with the life force of the arrogant ones, including the supreme empowerment, relying on a painted mandala, to explain the method of bestowing it in a single sequence, there are four parts: Arrangement of preparations. Accomplishment and offering of the mandala. Actual empowerment. Showing the profound seal of the aftermath. The first is: In a place of perfect abundance, adorned with supports and ornaments, on a platform, in the center of the mandala, a Dharmodaya (藏文：ཆོས་འབྱུང་ ，梵文天城体：धर्मोदय，梵文罗马拟音：Dharmodaya，汉语字面意思：法源) with a single-gated moon in the center, surrounded by a garland of skulls. Outside of that, a four-spoked wheel with spokes marked with curved knives. Behind that, an eight-spoked wheel. Behind that, an eight-sided jewel. The four doors have horse heads, charnel grounds, lotus seats, fire mountains, etc., like a general wrathful mandala, with the deities' places marked with forms or seed syllables and hand implements. In the center of the arrangement, on a stand, is a vase with a red neck cord, filled with the essence of twenty-five, topped with a glorious torma marked with a horse head. On the front side, an 'E' khoram (藏文：ཨེ་ཁྲོམ་， 梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：E，汉语字面意思：埃) marked with the main phurba (ritual dagger) with a horse face. On the right and left sides are the head ornaments of the five families of the main deity. Silk banners. Skull garlands. Three kinds of ashes. Oxhide. Human skin. Tiger loincloth. Snake bundles. Knives and skulls. Swords. Khatvanga (ritual staff). Bells. Iron hooks. Leopard loincloth. Bone ornaments. A work phurba with a lingam. Various life-sustaining foods.
