Visualize a meteor-like light coming forth, piercing the seed syllable (Tib: ས་བོན།，梵文天城体：बीज，梵文罗马拟音：bīja，Literal meaning: seed) of the deities of the Front Generation Mandala (Tib: མདུན་བསྐྱེད་ལྷ་ཚོགས།，Meaning: Deities generated in front). Contemplate that upon its integration, it swiftly descends without obstruction. Simultaneously, recite the invocation. Subsequently, offer prostrations and offerings to the Five Families (Tib: རིགས་ལྔ།，Meaning: Five lineages), integrating into non-duality (Tib: གཉིས་མེད།，Meaning: Non-duality), and request them to abide. Then, visualize light radiating from the syllable Hūṃ (Tib: ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，Literal meaning: Hūṃ), along with the mantra wheel (Tib: སྔགས།，Meaning: Mantra) and the three syllables (Tib: ཐང་གསུམ།，Meaning: Three), inviting the Five Families and offering prostrations and offerings. From the triangular origin of the nectar (Tib: བདུད་རྩི།，Meaning: Nectar) of commitment (Tib: དམ་ཚིག，Meaning: Commitment), from the three crescent moons (Tib: ཟླ་གམ།，Meaning: Crescent moon), from the round skull cup, from the square, from the four jeweled vessels filled to the brim, from the four vajra bird beaks, contemplate the nectar continuously descending like a stream. Visualize within the heart of the main deity a single, vast, and expansive skull cup, filled with the five nectars, upon which rests your own seed syllable.
