Recite the heart mantra of the Yidam one hundred and eight times, visualizing it transforming into nectar, and bless the tsampa with seven mantra recitations and the three syllables Oṃ (藏文：ཨཱོཾ，梵文天城体：ओं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Oṃ), Āḥ (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Āḥ), and Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) as appropriate. Then, mix one-third of the blood, essence of alcohol, medicine, grains, and precious substances with the tsampa. Pour the remaining two-thirds into the skull cup, cover it with various silks, and place it in front. The life-tree can be bamboo or arrow bamboo, with three sections. On the upper part, write the names and mantras of the Lama and Yidam with precious substances. On the middle section, write the heart mantra of the Yidam, and on the lower part, write the mantra of the Dharma protector. Smear the life-tree with butter, to a length of one cubit. The shape of the torma can be pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, or wrathful, as appropriate. The base of the torma should have a triangle in the center, a crescent moon next to it, then a circle, and a square behind it. Then, begin to make the torma, and with the pride of the Yidam deity, visualize the protective circle against obstacles. After that, perform the self-generation according to the text, and then contemplate emptiness with the Svabhava mantra. From emptiness, visualize a wind mandala from Yaṃ (藏文：ཡཾ，梵文天城体：यं，梵文罗马拟音：yaṃ，汉语字面意思：Yaṃ), a fire mandala from Raṃ (藏文：རཾ，梵文天城体：रं，梵文罗马拟音：raṃ，汉语字面意思：Raṃ), and three skull cups from Keṃ (藏文：ཀེཾ，梵文天城体：केँ，梵文罗马拟音：keṃ，汉语字面意思：Keṃ), as high as Mount Meru. Then, from the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ) in your heart, shoot out an Āḥ (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Āḥ), striking the vessel, purifying the faults of the vessel. In the center of the palace of the Bhaṇḍa that arises from Āḥ (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Āḥ), there is a triangle, next to it a crescent moon, a round skull cup, and a square behind it. In the four directions are four precious containers with four vajra bird beaks.
