The five bodies and five wisdoms. The chief of all Buddhas, the supreme five Victorious Ones. With the five Buddha families perfected in one body. May I obtain the empowerment of the five bodies endowed with the five wisdoms. Hūṃ Oṃ Svā Āṃ Hā Āḥ. Sprinkle and pour the vase water, and visualize the crown of your head adorned with the five Buddha families. Place the horse head on the crown of your head. Hūṃ. The green horse head of empowerment neighs loudly. May I swiftly perfect the body, speech, and mind. Subduing the arrogant and gathering all under control with fierce power. May I obtain the supreme empowerment of the terrifying horse neigh. Gho ra hri hūṃ āḥ. By blessing with the horse head, the sound of the empowering horse neigh pervades the three realms, and visualize that samsara and nirvana are subdued and brought under control. Bestow the charnel ground implements. Hūṃ. The great elephant hide is majestic. Skilled in using the field skin as a base. Adorned with a tiger skin loincloth. Leading beings through samsara with a garland of skulls. Liberating the wicked with a coil of snakes. Blood, fat, and ashes gather the Ḍākinīs. By empowering the body with the eight charnel ground implements. Subduing the mothers and Ḍākinīs. Generating joy in all the wrathful deities. May I subdue all demons, enemies, and obstacles without exception. Mahā kro dha hūṃ āḥ. By blessing and adorning the body with the three garments to wear, the three ointments to apply, and the skull, snake, and charnel ground implements, visualize that you generate a glory that is unmatched and unrivaled in the three worlds. Hand over the practice kīla, Hūṃ. This is the wrathful kīla of wisdom Hayagrīva. It is the support of the body of Padmāvatī. It subdues wickedness with wrathful majesty. Merely holding it brings the three realms under control. Merely inserting it reduces the three existences to dust. May the fortunate son of the lineage hold it. May Padmāvatī, the great king, bless it. Namo buddhāya (Sanskrit: Namo buddhāya, Romanization: Namo buddhāya, Literal meaning: Homage to the Buddha). Kīli kīlāya (Sanskrit Devanagari: कीलि कीलाय, Romanization: Kīli kīlāya, Literal meaning: Peg, peg). Caṇḍa mirili (Sanskrit Devanagari: चण्ड मिरिलि, Romanization: Caṇḍa mirili, Literal meaning: Fierce, glorious). Caṇḍe caṇḍe (Sanskrit Devanagari: चण्डे चण्डे, Romanization: Caṇḍe caṇḍe, Literal meaning: Fierce one, fierce one). Caṇḍe nāga bandhāya hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ (Sanskrit Devanagari: चण्डे नाग बन्धाय हुं फट् फट्, Romanization: Caṇḍe nāga bandhāya hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ, Literal meaning: Fierce one, bind the nāgas, hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ). Visualize the kīla as the body of the great sovereign and bestow it, and visualize that you obtain the state of being inseparable from the great glorious Hayagrīva. Transmit the recitation lineage: Visualize that from the heart of the wisdom deity of the guru, the HRIḤ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: Seed syllable) and mantra garland, emanates a red garland of light like a lotus ruby, appearing from the HRIḤ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: Seed syllable) syllable in the heart of the red Hayagrīva, the wisdom deity in your heart, and recite this mantra three times.

All the Sugatas are assembled, The wrathful profound mantra subdues all evils. Merely reciting brings one close to all the Sugatas, If practiced, one attains the siddhi of the mantra. If applied, enemies and obstacles are reduced to dust. Son of the lineage, you should practice this, May you receive the empowerment of the heart essence of the wrathful mantra. Handing the practice text into the hand, may you fully obtain the Dharma of glorious Sugata unified as one, and may you be endowed with the power and might of blessings with freedom. Thus it is said. Placing the glorious torma on the crown of the head. Hūṃ! How wonderful is this great and glorious torma! For fulfilling the heart commitment of the great powerful wrathful assembly, and for offering to the oath-bound Ḍākinīs and Dharma protectors. By empowering with the wondrous offering torma, may the oath-bound ones gather and their power and strength increase. Mahā Balinta Hūṃ Kha Hi. Great glorious Hayagrīva, king of empowerment, six wisdom great wrathful ones, lineage lord Amitābha, and all the retinues of the commandment-abiding protectors, please fully bestow the blessings and empowerment of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, and assist in accomplishing supreme and common siddhis. Thus it is said and handed into the hand. Utter auspicious words as appropriate. Therefore, the ripening empowerment of Hayagrīva, the unified Sugata, which came from the great secret treasury of the upper treasure, has been successfully completed, so connect and uphold the vows. Offering the maṇḍala is the same as the general ritual, so perform the subsequent rituals after the empowerment. From the feast gathering, offering leftovers, up to the auspicious words, everything should be done in sequence according to the manual from the subsequent ritual of the maṇḍala. One deity, one mantra, Reciting the practice of the Sugata general sādhanā, Possesses the good fortune to enter this, May beings be liberated effortlessly. Nowadays, the lineage of empowerment and transmission of this Hayagrīva text has been interrupted, so although it was diligently sought and invited to reside in the treasure, it is difficult to implement the treasure text, so the one who clarifies it is: Padma Gara Wang Lodrö Thaye, near the palace of the lord of speech, at Tsa-dra Rinchen Drak, may virtue and goodness increase! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
