大宝伏藏TD963 马头明王善逝总集坛城灌顶仪轨名为《大权心髓精华》， 酿拉（Nyang-ral）马头明王善逝总集。灌顶仪轨。 顶礼上师马头明王！ 大乐炽燃之三密，与诸佛之法界等性入定，加持如闪电般迅速之本尊，于此座赐予二种成就。 此处灌顶之预备及所需物品陈设如下：具有顶盖之高脚桌，桌上放置与高度相符之坛城唐卡，若无则以曼扎盘，用香水涂抹后，于其上堆放一谷堆，上置檀香木橛，并以红色绸缎制成之顶饰装饰，将木橛固定于木橛座上。右侧放置装满精华之宝瓶，瓶颈系红色绸带，瓶内装入白芥子并念诵根本咒语，以饰物及护身符装饰瓶口。左侧放置饰有马头明王像之威力食子，并撑起红色绸缎伞盖。陈列马头明王像、八种尸陀林法器之嚓克力（cakli，梵文cakri的音译，指一种圆形供品），咒语牌、经函、红色念珠等，依各自所需安放。前方陈设朵玛（torma，一种食子）、血供（rakta）、食子（torma）三种供品，以及两份水供和日常供品。准备事业宝瓶及事业所需之前行朵玛、会供品等。之后，从事业仪轨之传承祈请文开始，依次进行。生起本尊。至‘大权炽燃之身圆满’处。 宝瓶中，从（藏文：བྷྲཱུྃ，梵文天城体：भ्रूं，梵文罗马拟音：bhrūṃ，汉语字面意思：种子字）生出智慧宫殿，于充满甘露之中央，自身心间（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：种子字）字红色光芒放射，完全转变为诸佛总集之马头明王，红黑色三面六臂四足，顶髻为马头，以尸陀林之庄严饰品装饰，身着忿怒之盔甲，展开金翅鸟之化身。木橛中，从（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：种子字）生出宫殿中央，显现大权马头明王及忿怒众、金翅鸟等。念诵共同心咒等，直至念诵完毕。念诵时，对自生本尊及前方本尊，分别进行收放光之观想，并如常观想宝瓶本尊降下甘露等，念诵根本咒语以增长数量，尽可能多地念诵猛咒。仅为灌顶之修持，无需添加结尾。最后供养食子。于事业宝瓶中安放事业马头。

The empowerment ritual for the Ekachakra (One-in-all) Mandala of Hayagriva (Horse-necked One) and Sugatas (Well-gone Ones), called 'Essence Drop of the Great Power Mind'. Nyang-ral's Hayagriva Gathering of Bliss. Empowerment Ritual. Namo Guru Hayagrivaya (Homage to the Guru Hayagriva)! The three secrets of great bliss blazing, are in equanimity with the sphere of all victors. Deities whose blessings are swift as lightning, grant the two siddhis (accomplishments) on this seat. Here, for the empowerment, the arrangement of the substances and implements is as follows: A table with a lid, on which is placed a painted mandala (sacred diagram) that matches the height, or if there is none, a mandala (offering plate) sprinkled with fragrant water, on which is arranged a heap of grains, on top of which is placed a sengdeng (Acacia catechu) phurba (ritual dagger) with a red silk crest, fixed on a phurba stand. To the right, a vase filled with essence, with a red neck cord, filled with white mustard seeds into which the root mantra has been recited, and adorned with a protective knot and vajra (diamond scepter). To the left, a glorious torma (ritual cake) marked with the face of Hayagriva, covered with a red silk parasol. The Hayagriva image, the eight charnel ground implements chakli (discs), mantra banners, texts, and red rosaries are placed as convenient. In front, the three offerings of medicine, rakta (blood), and torma, two waters, and offerings for the senses are arranged. The work vase, the preliminary torma needed for the activity, and the implements for the tsok (gathering) are assembled. Then, from the lineage prayer of the work manual, proceed in order. Generate the deity. At the point of 'completely perfect in the body of the great powerful blazing one'. From the Bhrum (藏文：བྷྲཱུྃ，梵文天城体：भ्रूं，梵文罗马拟音：bhrūṃ，汉语字面意思：seed syllable) in the vase, a wisdom palace. In the center, completely filled with an ocean of nectar. From my own heart, the red syllable Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：seed syllable) radiates. Completely transformed into the Hayagriva, king of the gathered Sugatas (Well-gone Ones). Red-black, three faces, six arms, four legs outstretched. The head is crowned with a horse face, adorned with charnel ground ornaments. Armor of wrath, emanations of garudas (mythical birds) are sent forth. From the Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：seed syllable) in the phurba, in the center of the palace. The great powerful Hayagriva, wrathful assembly, and garudas are clear. Recite the common throat heart, etc., until the recitation is finished. During the recitation, visualize the gathering and dissolving of light for all those in front and oneself, and visualize the stream of nectar descending from the vase deity, etc., as usual, and increase the root mantra. Recite the wrathful mantra as much as possible. For the empowerment alone, there is no need to add the sham. Finally, offer the torma.
