转轮的随许已经圆满完成。宝藏法本金刚语中说：‘容易进入，内容完整且意义凝聚，力量迅速，加持巨大且吉祥，他人无法匹敌，非常奇妙，是邬金（梵文：Uḍḍiyāna，乌仗那）我之誓言，以拉萨（藏文：ལྷ་སྲས།，天神之子）为首的眷属扎在心间，令其遍布整个藏区，没有比这更大的利益，得到一次灌顶就没有恶趣，修持则暂时和究竟都安乐，一心一意修持本尊！’将这些口诀的教导和利益铭记于心，将此作为誓言，并如法安住于誓言和戒律的学处中。心中想着：‘我将这样做’，然后复诵这些话语。如主尊所说等等。献曼扎，供养身体，如通常一样回向善根。之后，补充供品进行加持。献供赞颂并忏悔。念诵百字明。念诵‘嗡，您以有情…’等，然后将面前宝瓶中的智慧尊融入法界。将面前生起的誓言尊和眷属融入自身。观想自己明观为本尊身相，一面二臂，以三处的三字（藏文种子字：ཨོཾ་，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡；藏文种子字：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊；藏文种子字：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）加持，守护一切障碍和违缘。念诵‘嗡啊吽’。以此善根回向等等。以祈愿文和吉祥语结尾。虽然众所周知有如意轮，但像这样传承的教言前所未有，愿其遍布整个藏区，所有美好的愿望都能实现！’ 这段话是化身伏藏师大持明者双尊加持并给予随许后，由不死持教雍仲林巴（藏文：འཆི་མེད་བསྟན་གཉིས་གཡུང་དྲུང་གླིང་པ།）或莲花舞自在（藏文：པདྨ་གར་དབང་རྩལ།）在擦扎仁钦扎（藏文：ཙ་འདྲ་རིན་ཆེན་བྲག）的颈部，也就是空行母的中央，普贤大乐光明洲（藏文：ཀུན་བཟང་བདེ་ཆེན་འོད་གསལ་གླིང་）清晰地汇集了两位大伏藏师的仪轨，愿吉祥增上！

The subsequent permission of the wheel has been perfectly accomplished. From the treasure text, the Vajra Speech: 'Easy to enter, complete in content, condensed in meaning, swift in power, great in blessing, auspicious, unmatched by others, greatly wondrous, it is the oath of Uḍḍiyāna (Urgayan), with the son of the gods (Lhasras) and retinue, pierce the heart, spread it throughout the entirety of Tibet, there is no greater benefit than this, receiving one empowerment eliminates the lower realms, practicing it brings happiness in both temporary and ultimate states, make this the single-pointed yidam!' Keep in mind these instructions and benefits of the oral teachings, hold this as a pledge, and abide properly in the precepts of vows and commitments. Thinking, 'I will do this,' repeat these words. As the main one says, etc. Offer the mandala of thanksgiving. Offer the body. Dedicate the merit as usual. Afterwards, replenish the offerings and bless them. Offer praise and confession. Recite the hundred-syllable mantra. Recite 'Om, you sentient beings...' etc., and then the wisdom being of the vase in front of you dissolves into space. The commitment being generated in front and the retinue dissolve into yourself. Visualize yourself clearly as the main deity, one face and two arms, marked with the three syllables (Tibetan seed syllable: ཨོཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om; Tibetan seed syllable: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah; Tibetan seed syllable: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) at the three places, protecting all obstacles and hindrances. Recite Om Ah Hum. Dedicate the merit with 'By this virtue...' etc. Conclude with aspirations and auspicious words. Although the widely known Wish-Fulfilling Wheel exists, this kind of lineage teaching is unprecedented, may it spread and pervade throughout the entirety of Tibet, and may all good intentions be fulfilled! This was also clearly compiled by the emanation treasure revealer, the great vidyādhara, after being blessed and granted permission by the two, the Immortal Teaching Twofold Yungdrung Lingpa or Padma Garwang Tsal, at the neck of Tsa-dra Rinchen Drak, in the middle of the Ḍākinīs, the Kunzang Dechen Ösal Ling, clarifying the practices of the two great treasure revealers.
