那布日。外圈十二缘起为：无明、行、识、名色、六处、触、受、爱、取、有、生、老死，这些都以图或文字形式描绘。此外，关于四大之轮，有三层轮，中心、四辐、外圈共五部分，每一部分，在腹部和辐条上，分别书写ཨེ། （藏文：ཨེ，梵文天城体：ऐ，梵文罗马拟音：ai，汉语字面意思：唉），ཡྃ།（藏文：ཡྃ，梵文天城体：यं，梵文罗马拟音：yaṃ，汉语字面意思：扬），རྃ།（藏文：རྃ，梵文天城体：रं，梵文罗马拟音：raṃ，汉语字面意思：让），ཁྃ།（藏文：ཁྃ，梵文天城体：खं，梵文罗马拟音：khaṃ，汉语字面意思：康），ལྃ་（藏文：ལྃ，梵文天城体：लं，梵文罗马拟音：laṃ，汉语字面意思：朗）。在外圈上布置元音和辅音。以各元素的颜色来绘制，从各自的种子字中观想生起五位本尊母，进行供养和融入，然后各自念诵二十一遍本咒。观想融入光中，化为五大，然后进行缘起心咒的加持。 此莲花自在怀爱法的修法仪轨，如外在仪轨般，是为遣除死亡的仪轨，为了方便暂时所需，按照伏藏经文的意旨，整理成易于阅读的形式，由庸碌之人不变金刚所著。愿一切时中吉祥！

Nabri. The outer ring of the twelve links of dependent origination are: ignorance, formation, consciousness, name and form, six sense sources, contact, feeling, craving, grasping, existence, birth, old age and death. These are depicted in the form of images or words. Furthermore, regarding the wheel of the four elements, there are three layers of wheels, with a center, four spokes, and an outer ring, making five parts in total. On each part, on the belly and spokes, write separately ཨེ། (Tibetan: ཨེ, Devanagari: ऐ, Romanized Sanskrit: ai, Literal meaning: ai), ཡྃ། (Tibetan: ཡྃ, Devanagari: यं, Romanized Sanskrit: yaṃ, Literal meaning: yang), རྃ། (Tibetan: རྃ, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal meaning: rang), ཁྃ། (Tibetan: ཁྃ, Devanagari: खं, Romanized Sanskrit: khaṃ, Literal meaning: khang), ལྃ་ (Tibetan: ལྃ, Devanagari: लं, Romanized Sanskrit: laṃ, Literal meaning: lang). Arrange vowels and consonants on the outer ring. Draw in the colors of the respective elements, visualize the arising of the five goddesses from their respective seed syllables, make offerings and dissolve them, then recite their respective mantras twenty-one times each. Visualize dissolving into light, transforming into the five elements, and then perform the consecration of the essence of dependent origination. This practice ritual of Padma Garwang (Lotus Empowerment of Love), like the external rituals, is a ritual for averting death. For the convenience of temporary needs, it has been compiled into an easy-to-read format according to the intention of the terma (treasure text), written by the mediocre Yungyur Dorje (Immutable Vajra).
