大宝伏藏TD907《大悲观音三根本心髓》中，长寿成就如意任运之修法及灌顶仪轨，名为“长寿福德任运成就”。月王大悲观音，长寿灌顶。 《大悲观音三根本心髓》中，长寿成就如意任运之修法及灌顶仪轨，名为“长寿福德任运成就”。 赐予无死胜妙之王权，于无别上师之莲足前，顶礼后宣说与海生五部明妃，相联之灌顶仪轨。大悲观音三根本心髓之组成部分，此长寿成就，为自利而修持之：首先进行皈依、发心、积资等前行。正行之生起次第和念诵：自身于空性中，观想为观世音自在，身色洁白，一面四臂，饰以珍宝。如是观想之顶髻上，于莲花日月之座垫上，从“啥 (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：啥)”字生出无量寿佛（Amitāyus），身色如莲花宝红，一面含笑，双手结禅定印，持长寿宝瓶，以丝绸和珍宝为饰，双足金刚跏趺坐。明妃身着白衣，缠绕于佛身，右手持箭旗拥抱明佛父，左手持长寿宝瓶于胸前，双足缠绕于佛父身。心间“啥 (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：啥)”字放光，从极乐世界迎请智慧尊者，融入无二无别，安住坚固。念诵：嗡 班匝 阿 雅 喀 吽 班 仲 尼 哲。 (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཥེ་ཧཱུྃ་བྷྲཱུྃ་ནྲྀ་ཛ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra āyuṣe hūṃ bhrūṃ nṛ ja，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，寿命，吽，班，仲，尼，哲) 长寿佛心间的“啥 (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：啥)”字放光，光芒从殊胜方便父佛之口中发出，经由明妃之口，光芒闪耀，经由身之形状，落入明妃之空界，从佛父之密处发出，无间旋转，从佛父佛母秘密交合之处，光芒融入自身，生生世世积累的罪障，化为烟灰煤渣之形态排出，自身充满无死甘露，诸佛之慈悲加持，以及仙人们长寿之成就精华，所有外器内情之寿命和光彩，化为光芒汇聚融入自身。念诵长寿心咒直至不疲倦：嗡 班匝 阿 雅 喀 吽 班 仲 尼 哲。 (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཥེ་ཧཱུྃ་བྷྲཱུྃ་ནྲྀ་ཛ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra āyuṣe hūṃ bhrūṃ nṛ ja，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，寿命，吽，班，仲，尼，哲)如是所说，不散乱，尽力念诵此咒。念诵完毕后，观想头顶之无量寿佛父母

From the Great Treasure of the Precious Teachings, TD907, within the 'Great Compassionate One, Heart Essence of the Three Roots,' is the practice and empowerment ritual of longevity accomplishment, the Wish-Fulfilling Spontaneous Fulfillment, entitled 'Longevity and Glory Spontaneously Accomplished.' O Great Compassionate One, King of the Month. Longevity Empowerment. From the 'Great Compassionate One, Heart Essence of the Three Roots,' is the practice and empowerment ritual of longevity accomplishment, the Wish-Fulfilling Spontaneous Fulfillment, entitled 'Longevity and Glory Spontaneously Accomplished.' The empowerment of the King who bestows the supreme immortality. I prostrate to the lotus feet of the inseparable Lama. Then I will explain the empowerment ritual connected with the Ocean-Born Five Goddesses. This longevity practice, a part of the Great Compassionate One, Heart Essence of the Three Roots, is practiced for one's own benefit: First, perform the preliminary practices of refuge, bodhicitta, and accumulation of merit. The main practice of generation and recitation is as follows: From the state of emptiness, visualize oneself as Avalokiteśvara, white in color, with one face and four arms, adorned with jewels. On the crown of one's head, on a lotus and moon seat, from the syllable 'Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Hrih)' arises Amitāyus, the Lord of Limitless Life, the color of a lotus ruby, with one face and a smiling countenance, holding a longevity vase in the two hands in meditative equipoise, adorned with silk and precious ornaments, seated in the vajra posture. The great mother, draped in white silk, embraces the body, the right hand holding an arrow and banner embracing the father, the left hand holding a longevity vase at the heart, the two feet entwined around the father's body. From the Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Hrih) at the heart, light radiates, inviting the wisdom beings from the realm of Sukhāvatī, who become inseparable and remain steadfast. Recite: Om Vajra Ayushe Hum Bhrum Nri Ja (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཥེ་ཧཱུྃ་བྷྲཱུྃ་ནྲྀ་ཛ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra āyuṣe hūṃ bhrūṃ nṛ ja，汉语字面意思：Om, Vajra, Life, Hum, Bhrum, Nri, Ja) From the Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Hrih) at the heart of the longevity deity, light radiates, the rays of light emerge from the mouth of the supreme method father, passing through the mouth of the mother, the light brilliantly clear, passing through the form of the body, falling into the space of the mother, passing from the secret place of the father, revolving without interruption, from the secret union of the father and mother, the rays of light dissolve into my body, all the sins and obscurations accumulated in lifetimes, emerge in the form of smoke, soot, and coal, the body is filled with immortal nectar, the compassion and blessings of all the Buddhas, and the essence of the longevity accomplishment of the sages, the life and radiance of all the vessels and contents, gather as rays of light and dissolve into the body. Recite the longevity essence mantra until one is not weary: Om Vajra Ayushe Hum Bhrum Nri Ja (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཥེ་ཧཱུྃ་བྷྲཱུྃ་ནྲྀ་ཛ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra āyuṣe hūṃ bhrūṃ nṛ ja，汉语字面意思：Om, Vajra, Life, Hum, Bhrum, Nri, Ja) As it is said, without distraction, recite this mantra as much as possible.
