In the heart of Khasarpani (an emanation of Avalokiteśvara), there is a six-petaled lotus, and in the center of the lotus is the seed syllable Hrih (ཧྲཱིཿ, hrih, hrīḥ, Seed syllable of shame). Around the Hrih (ཧྲཱིཿ, hrih, hrīḥ, Seed syllable of shame) syllable is the six-syllable mantra. Behind the six-syllable mantra is the ten-syllable mantra. Behind the ten-syllable mantra are the vowels, consonants, and the essence of dependent origination, all of which have the colors of the five wisdoms. From these, rays of light radiate, offering to the Buddhas of the ten directions. All the blessings of the body, speech, and mind of the Buddhas transform into the forms of body, mantra garland, and hand implements, and dissolve into one's own body, speech, and mind, thereby purifying the two obscurations accumulated from beginningless time, and transforming into the body, speech, and mind of the noble ones. Again, the light shines upon sentient beings filling the sky, causing them to be completely liberated from samsara. Finally, recite Om Mani Padme Hum (ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ༔, oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ, oṃ maṇipadme hūṃ, Om Mani Padme Hum) and the Tara mantra: Om Tare Tuttare Ture Mama Ayuh Punye Jñana Pushtim Kuru Svaha (དྷུ་མ་གྷ་ཡེ་ན་མ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔ ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་ཧཱུྃ༔, dhū ma gha ye na ma svā hā, dhūmaghaye nama svāhā, Incense Offering Mantra, Homage to the Incense Offering) and so on. If you like to recite other deity mantras, you can recite them according to the respective deity's ritual. I prostrate with reverence in body, speech, and mind. I offer vast outer, inner, and secret offerings. I confess all sins and faults of body, speech, and mind. I request to turn the outer, inner, and secret Dharma wheel. I request not to pass into nirvana, but to remain for the benefit of sentient beings. I rejoice in the uninterrupted compassion. I dedicate all the merits of the three times to sentient beings. May all beings quickly attain Buddhahood! Hum Hum Hum (ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ།, hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ, hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ). Dissolve the self-generation deity into light. Phet Phet Phet (ཕཊ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ།, phaṭ phaṭ phaṭ, phaṭ phaṭ phaṭ). Instantly arise from meditation, visualizing as the deity. The dedication is as follows: Om Mani Padme Hum (ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ༔, oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ, oṃ maṇipadme hūṃ, Om Mani Padme Hum). Protector Avalokiteshvara, first generated the mind of enlightenment, then went through the five paths and ten bhumis, perfected the ten perfections, and manifested for the benefit of sentient beings. At the time of my death, may I be born in Mount Potala. Om Mani Padme Hum (ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ༔, oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ, oṃ maṇipadme hūṃ, Om Mani Padme Hum). After being born in Mount Potala, in the presence of Avalokiteshvara, may I obtain a body without birth and death, and drink the nectar of Dharma.
