大悲自解脱恶趣之内部修持日常仪轨加持海。 彩虹大悲尊，内部修持。 大悲自解脱恶趣之内部修持日常仪轨加持海。 顶礼上师世间自在尊！ 恒时于心莲之中供养您。 为成办自解脱恶趣之内部修持， 故而略述此仪轨。 先发皈依心，然后诵：嗡 梭巴瓦修达 萨瓦达玛 梭巴瓦修多杭（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：嗡，自性清净一切法，自性清净）。 于空性中，观想金刚护轮内， 从（བྷྲཱུྃ，bhūṃ，bhūṃ，种子字）中生出圆满庄严的宫殿。 在黄金地基上，观想莲花、日、月坐垫。 嗡 嘛呢 贝美 吽 (Oṃ Maṇi Padme Hūṃ) 舍 (Hrih) 自性未造作，本然之光明， 法界中自生观世音。 清净无垢，身色洁白。 根本法身之双手结禅定印， 化身报身之手，第一双， 持无垢之白莲。 持净化烦恼之宝丸， 持无别方便与智慧之弓箭。 应化身之手，第一双， 持度脱轮回众生之念珠。 施予救济饿鬼饥渴之胜施， 转动具义之金轮。 双足于莲花座上跏趺而坐。 三世善逝之法身， 六道有情之观世音。 如虚空般遍布之十一面， 于光辉无量光之身中观想。 于五处观想白、红、蓝色的卡萨巴尼。 黄、绿色的右手施予救护，左手持莲花。 于莲花月轮上，观想心间如芥子般的光明身。 观想本尊之佛母，一面忿怒微笑红色。 四手持钺刀、颅碗、宝剑、卡杖嘎。 以骨饰庄严，双足与本尊相拥。 顶髻为无量光佛父母红色， 双手等持，持充满甘露之宝瓶。 其东方为持明虹身心髓。 南方为无等涅·斯果姆·扎陵扎。 西方为化身法王松赞干布。 北方为嘉瓦噶玛巴。 此四位上师是虹身巴所说的耳传心髓诺布之下的略微改动，适用于日常修持，若要进行内部修持，则不需要这四位。 于主尊之四方，观想四瓣莲花。

Great Compassionate One, Self-Liberation from the Lower Realms, Internal Practice, Daily Recitation, Ocean of Blessings. Homage to the Lama Lokéshvara! Always worship you in the lotus of my heart. To accomplish the internal practice of self-liberation from the lower realms, I will briefly explain this ritual. First, generate refuge and bodhicitta, then recite: Oṃ Svabhāva Śuddhāḥ Sarva Dharmāḥ Svabhāva Śuddho Ham (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：嗡，自性清净一切法，自性清净). Within emptiness, visualize a vajra fence. From (བྷྲཱུྃ，bhūṃ，bhūṃ，seed syllable) arises a perfectly adorned palace. On a golden ground, visualize a lotus, sun, and moon cushion. Oṃ Maṇi Padme Hūṃ Hrīḥ The uncreated, natural radiance, From the Dharmadhātu, self-arisen Avalokiteśvara. Pure and stainless, the body is white and radiant. The root Dharmakāya hands are joined in meditation mudra, The first of the Sambhogakāya hands, Holds a flawless white lotus. Holds a rosary that purifies afflictions, Holds a bow and arrow inseparable from method and wisdom. The first of the Nirmāṇakāya hands, Holds a rosary that guides sentient beings from samsara. Grants the supreme gift that relieves the hunger and thirst of pretas, Turns the golden wheel of meaningful purpose. Both feet stand equally on a lotus seat. The Dharmakāya of the Sugatas of the three times, Avalokiteśvara for the sentient beings of the six realms. Eleven faces that pervade like the sky, Visualize in the body of radiant Amitābha. In the five places, visualize white, red, and blue Khasarpaṇi. Yellow and green, the right hand grants refuge, the left holds a lotus. On the lotus and moon, visualize the mind as a mustard seed of light. Visualize the supreme consort, one face, wrathful and smiling, red. The four hands hold a curved knife, skull cup, sword, and khaṭvāṅga. Adorned with bone ornaments, both feet embrace the father. The crown of the head is Amitābha, father and mother, red. Holding a vase of longevity filled with the essence of the elements and nectar. To the east of that is Rigdzin Jatsön Nyingpo. To the south is Nyamme Nyigom Jamyang Drakpa. To the west is the emanation King Songtsen Gampo. To the north is Gyalwa Karmapa. These four lamas are a slight modification of the oral transmission heart essence Norbu spoken by Rainbowpa, suitable for daily practice, but these four are not necessary for establishing the foundation of internal practice.
