The Secret Wisdom Accomplishment Practice Essence of the Great Compassionate One, Padma Wangchuk: Satisfy the obstacles with tormas and food offerings, and dwell comfortably on a peaceful cushion. Contemplate the precious human rebirth, the results of karma, and the faults of samsara; urge yourself to blend your mind with Dharma through impermanence. Wherever you search in the three realms, no one can bestow a place of happiness. Ultimate happiness resides in the Three Jewels; always rely on refuge with unwavering devotion, possessing six benefits. This is the indispensable lifeblood of the path. Samaya (Vow)! Gya Gya Gya (Seal)! Hrīḥ (Seed Syllable)! In the sky before me, in the center of a rainbow light tent, the mandala is Empowerment, Samantabhadra, Infinite Light (Amitabha). The peaceful and wrathful deities of the Great Compassionate One, along with all their retinues, please come and abide here! Grant empowerment, blessings, and supreme accomplishments! Outer offerings of the five pure and beautiful objects of desire: forms, sounds, smells, tastes, and textures, pleasing and delightful. Medicines, tormas, rakta (blood offering), golden libations, and amusements, together with the alluring and laughing goddesses, I offer! Hrīḥ (Seed Syllable)! I and all sentient beings of the three realms confess all negative deeds, the ten unwholesome actions, and the five heinous crimes. The five near crimes, the four heavy crimes, the eight reversed actions, as well as all naturally occurring and transgressed faults! Hrīḥ (Seed Syllable)! To all ordinary beings and noble assemblies, as well as Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Lamas, and Vidyadharas. Now, in order to satisfy all beings with lasting bliss, in order to abide in the supreme essence, dedicate the three circles without objectification to the expanse of Samantabhadra (普贤，All-Good). Om Ah Hum (ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ，seed syllables，body speech mind), Om Mani Padme Hum (ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ，six-syllable mantra，lotus jewel), recite these mantras a hundred thousand times. Accumulate merit, arrange the mandala, set out the offerings. Hrih (ཧྲཱི༔，seed syllable，compassion), in the center of the great powerful palace, Mount Meru (须弥山，center of the world) is majestic and upright, possessing dignity. Accompanied by the seven golden mountains and the seven playful oceans, possessing walls that are soft, pliable, firm, and precious, the four continents and eight subcontinents surround the directions. Adorned with the desirable qualities of gods and humans, the light of the sun and moon dispels the darkness of the world, the iron fence perfectly surrounds from all sides. Outwardly, this appearance of the vessel world, I offer to the assembly of the compassionate Guru, may I perfect the two accumulations of merit and wisdom, and quickly realize the true essence. Hrih (ཧྲཱི༔，seed syllable，compassion), my land, retinue, possessions, desirable qualities, and parents, children, close friends, etc., all that is cherished with clinging mind, I offer to the assembly of the compassionate Guru. May I, from the realm of afflictive clinging, be shown the great wisdom of purity. Hrih (ཧྲཱི༔，seed syllable，compassion), from the palace of my body, the aggregation of the four elements, in the support of the mind, the blazing citta (心，mind), the five senses are the support, surrounding all sides. The eight consciousnesses perfectly adorn the retinue, possessing flesh, blood, bones, and various internal organs, the two eyes dispel the darkness with the light of clarity. This body, aggregates, elements, sources, this illusory body, I offer to the assembly of the compassionate Guru, may I, from the deluded appearances of the mind, realize the wisdom of self-awareness. The field of accumulation dissolves into light, inseparable from oneself, abide in the state of unmade, pervasive, and union, this is the preliminary instruction for practice. Samaya (誓言，vow). The combination of the four realities, taking refuge, generating bodhicitta (菩提心，mind of enlightenment), and the stages of the path of generation and completion. Hrih (ཧྲཱི༔，seed syllable，compassion), I and all beings equal to space, because we have not obtained the essence of true meaning, we are drowning in the endless ocean of samsara (轮回，cyclic existence). With the force of heartfelt faith, I take refuge in the Three Jewels (三宝，Buddha, Dharma, Sangha) and the supreme Guru. Hrih (ཧྲཱི༔，seed syllable，compassion), relying on the aspiration and action of bodhicitta (菩提心，mind of enlightenment), may all beings quickly be liberated from all the sufferings of samsara (轮回，cyclic existence) and attain enlightenment. Samayamahayogacitta Hum (誓言大瑜伽心 吽，vow great yoga mind Hum) Hrih (ཧྲཱི༔，seed syllable，compassion), may all sentient beings have happiness and the causes of happiness, be free from suffering and the causes of suffering, never be separated from happiness without suffering, and abide in equanimity.
