In order to empower the meditation on the mind's samadhi, visualize the hand symbols such as the lotus descending like rain and dissolving into oneself. Abide equally in the nature of the primordially free from extremes of elaboration, clear light, union of space and wisdom, all-pervasive great expanse. Thus, by bestowing the Dharma empowerment on the mind, may you believe that you have obtained the power to enter immeasurable gates of samadhi, inseparable from the inexhaustible adornment wheel of the noble Avalokiteśvara's mind. Visualize the Torma, the main deity of great compassion and the retinue, appearing vividly and entering through the crown of the head, blessing the lineage. Bestow the Torma empowerment. Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，Seed syllable Hūṃ). The Torma vessel is a Kapala with characteristics, This is the glorious Torma of great enjoyment, It has immeasurable qualities of desire. Bestowing empowerment to the fortunate son, In order to pacify all obstacles, In order to increase life and merit. Oṃ Baliṃta Aduni Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ་བ་ལིང་ཏ་འདུ་ནི་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：ओṃ बलिṃत अदुनि अभिषिñच हुṃ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ baliṃta aduni abhiṣiñca hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om, offering, giving, empower, Hum) May the deity of the Torma (offering) dissolve into light and merge into yourselves, so that you may obtain the inexhaustible qualities and activities of the noble, compassionate Avalokiteśvara, inseparable from the wheel of adornment, and have the power to completely eradicate samsara. By partaking of the Torma offering that has transformed into the essence of nectar, may you attain both siddhis (accomplishments) on a single seat. Afterwards, along with the recitation of the seven-syllable mantra, offer a portion of the Torma and the nectar. Mainly recite auspicious prayers and promise to keep the vows. The offering of Torma, Ragga (blood offering), and Mandala should be done as usual. The master should conclude the entire process, from the play of the Tsok (gathering) to the offering of the remaining portions, and then to the recitation of auspicious prayers, according to the ritual. Although the activities of guiding beings and benefiting others are boundless, they are as rare and precious as the Udumbara flower. May this (virtuous act) also become the driver of the chariot of profound Dharma (Buddhism), and may the light of benefiting others shine brightly in all directions! In order to enshrine this (text) in the great treasury of jewels, it was composed by Padma Garwang Tsal (Lotus Dance Empowerment Force, an emanation of Padmasambhava) at the practice place of Shri Devi Koti (Auspicious Goddess Holy Site), according to the practice record of Yongdzin Lama Dampa (Virtuous Master).
