Thus, by empowering the body with the divine, visualize yourself as inseparable from the inexhaustible wheel of ornaments of the noble Avalokiteśvara ('Phags mchog thugs rje chen po), and gain the power to perform vast deeds for the benefit of beings. In order to be empowered to recite the speech mantra, visualize the assembly of speech syllables descending like rain and dissolving into yourself. Consecrate with the Chakras in order.
