The great and terrifying sound roars, the glorious horse neighs 'tse re re', the wrathful dragon thunders 'u ru ru', the playful horse dance 'chem se chem', pulverizing enemies, obstacles, and obstructing spirits. Om Hrih Padma Krodha Hayagriva Hulu Hulu Hum Phet! Perform the horse dance with the words 'harming beings stambhaya nan'. Then, bless the offerings, and praise them as in the previous Tsok offering. Request: 'Bhagavan Lokeshvara (Avalokiteshvara), Great Compassionate One, Ocean of Conquerors with your retinue, please grant us all the siddhis (accomplishments) of samsara (cyclic existence) and nirvana (liberation)'. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra three times to confess shortcomings and breakages. If there is a statue, perform the stable abiding ritual as usual; if there is no statue, invite the wisdom beings to the mandala and colored powders with Om Ah Hum, and let the samaya beings dissolve into your heart. Perform the generation and dissolution of the self-generation deity as before, and then dedicate the merit: 'May all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions and three times hear, in the past, present, and future, may all beings, myself and others, dedicate all the merit accumulated through body, speech, and mind to the realm of great Bodhi, may we quickly attain the supreme fruit of ultimate meaning.' Make aspirations as extensively or concisely as possible, such as the aspiration for rebirth in Sukhavati (Pure Land) according to the Mitra tradition. If there is a colored powder mandala, dissolve it with the A-kara mantra. Auspicious wishes: Hum! From the inexpressible, non-dual, pure nature, manifesting as the embodiment of all the Buddhas of the three times, the auspiciousness of the Guru Vidyadharas (knowledge holders), with this supreme auspiciousness, may there be auspiciousness today! From having attained enlightenment countless eons ago, having perfected the benefit of beings with great compassion, the auspiciousness of the noble Avalokiteshvara, with this supreme auspiciousness, may there be auspiciousness today! Although not moving from the clarity of Dharmata (the nature of reality), appearing in form for the benefit of beings through skillful means, the auspiciousness of the Dakinis (female embodiment of enlightened energy) of body, speech, and mind, with this supreme auspiciousness, may there be auspiciousness today! By the power of their vows, not deviating from the time, spontaneously accomplishing the four activities, the auspiciousness of the Dharma protectors and their retinues, with this supreme auspiciousness, may there be auspiciousness today!' Thus, it is said. If this ritual is combined with the stages of visualization, then the practice and praise of the five-deity Ocean Born (Hayagriva) of the outer practice, and the wrathful deity of the secret practice, can also be accomplished effortlessly. The three highest and most profound empowerments should not be taught casually, and should be learned elsewhere. Finished.
