If you want to protect against hail, recite: Om Mani Padme Hum (oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ, seed syllable, ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པད་མེ་ཧཱུྃ, उं मणि पद्मे हूँ, Jewel in the Lotus), Naga Sha Sha Shu Shu Mule Svaha (nāga śa śa śu śu mule svāhā). Consecrate the three white (milk, butter, yogurt) and three sweet (honey, molasses, sugar) substances by reciting the mantra, and pour them into a water source where nagas reside. Clouds will gather, thus protecting against hail. If you want rain, mix flour with the three white substances, the three sweet substances, and various naga medicines, making one hundred and eight pills. Recite: Om Mani Padme Hum (oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ, seed syllable, ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པད་མེ་ཧཱུྃ, उं मणि पद्मे हूँ, Jewel in the Lotus), Naga Kala Bharishaya Bharishaya Svaha (nāga kāla bhariśaya bhariśaya svāhā). Recite the mantra one hundred and eight times for each pill, and then throw them into a water source where nagas reside, and it will rain. For male spermatorrhea: Om Mani Padme Hum (oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ, seed syllable, ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པད་མེ་ཧཱུྃ, उं मणि पद्मे हूँ, Jewel in the Lotus), Hari Bandhani Shutra Dharani Sodurte Svaha (hari bandhani śutra dharani sodurte svāhā). Have a pure girl spin a red thread, tie seven knots, recite the mantra twenty-one times, and tie it around the waist at night. Add it to sheep's brain and take it on an empty stomach to stop the bleeding. For swollen testicles in men: Om Mani Padme Hum (oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ, seed syllable, ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པད་མེ་ཧཱུྃ, उं मणि पद्मे हूँ, Jewel in the Lotus), Suru Sume Kuruliya Phat Svaha (suru sume kuruliya phaṭ svāhā). Add it to women's dirty water and apply it. Add it to lard or butter and apply it.
