Recite on oil and apply it to the head. Recite one hundred and eight times on salt, and then press it between the teeth. 莲花生（Padma-Sambhava）对措嘉（Kharchenma's Tsoyal，空行母的名字）和国王赤松德赞（Trisong Detsen）的教诲：在五百年后的未来，整个西藏将被大悲观世音菩萨（Thugs-rje chen-pos）所调伏。在那时，愿我能遇到一个有缘分和业力的人，愿我自己的相续成熟，并能解脱他人的相续。愿一切众生都被引导到菩提道上。愿大悲观世音菩萨的教法兴盛和增长。愿吉祥和成就迅速到来。封印，隐藏，交付。愿此能消除众多众生的五毒之病。阿底（ཨྠྀི་），吉祥（ཤུ་བྷཾ）。 莲花生大师对措嘉和赤松德赞的教言：在五百年后的未来，整个西藏将被大悲观世音菩萨所调伏。届时，愿我能遇到一个有缘且具业力之人，愿我自相续成熟，亦能解脱他人相续。愿一切众生皆被引至菩提道上。愿大悲观世音菩萨之教法兴盛广布。愿吉祥与成就迅速降临。封印！隐藏！交付！愿此能疗愈众生之五毒病。阿底（ཨྠྀི་），吉祥（ཤུ་བྷཾ）。
