ད་དཔག་མེད་པའི་ཞལ་མཐོང་ཤོག༔ ཨོཾ་བྷྲཱུྃ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔ པུཎྱེ་གུ་ཎ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ༔ བསྡུ་ན་ལྷུང་བཟེད་འགྲིམ་རྗེས་སམ། ཁྲོམ་ལ་འགྲིམ་ཚར་བའི་སྐབས་སམ། སྤྲོ་ན་བར་མཚམས་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་ནས་གཏོར་བཀྲ་ཤིས་བརྗོད། ཧཱུྃ༔ བདེ་ཆེན་ཞིང་དུ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྐོར༔ སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ལ་རྟག་ཏུ་ཐུགས་རྗེས་གཟིགས༔ དམ་བཅའ་ཞལ་བཞེས་འགྲོ་བའི་སྐྱབས་ 21-12-10b མཛད་པ༔ སྣང་མཐའ་མཉམ་གཞག་མཛད་པའི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག༔ ཅེས་སྦྱར་རོ། །དེ་ནས་རྒྱས་པར་འདོད་ན། ཚེ་དབང་རྒྱས་པ་ནས་བྱུང་བའི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་རྟགས་བརྒྱད། རྒྱལ་སྲིད་སྣ་བདུན་གཉིས་ཀའམ་གང་རུང་སྦྱར་ལ། དེ་ནས་ཚེ་ཆང་ངམ་བུམ་ཆུ་སྦྱིན་ཞིང་། ཧཱུྃ༔ སྐྱེས་བུ་རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་ཁྱོད་ལ༔ ཚེ་ཆང་བདུད་རྩི་འདི་བྱིན་པས༔ རྟག་ཏུ་ཚེ་ནི་རིང་ནུས་པའི༔ དབང་དང་ལྡན་ནས་ཚེ་འཕེལ་ཤོག༔ ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཨ་མི་དྷེ་ཝ་ཨཱ་ཡུཿསིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ༔ དེ་ནས་ཚེ་རིལ་བྱིན་ཅིང་། ཧཱུྃ༔ སྐྱེས་བུ་རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་ཁྱོད་ལ༔ ཚེ་རིལ་འདི་ཉིད་བྱིན་པ་ཡིས༔ ཁྱོད་ཉིད་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྐུ་འགྲུབ་པའི༔ དབང་དང་ལྡན་ནས་ཚེ་འཕེལ་ཤོག༔ ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཨ་མི་དྷེ་ཝ་ཨཱ་ཡུཿ སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ༔ གོང་གི་ཚེ་འགུགས་མདའ་དར་དང་། །བཀྲ་ཤིས་རྟགས་བརྒྱད་རྒྱལ་སྲིད་དང་། །ཚེ་རིལ་ཚེ་ཆང་དེ་རྣམས་ནི། །སོས་རེ་མེད་པའི་ནད་པ་ལ། །ལོག་ལྟ་སྐྱེ་ཕྱིར་མི་རུང་ངོ་། །ད་ཁྱེད་རང་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་དུས་གསུམ་དུ་བསགས་པའི་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་ཅི་ཡོད་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་། ད་རེས་དབང་ཞུས་པའི་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་དེས་ཕྱི་མ་བདེ་བ་ཅན་དུ་སྐྱེ་བར་གྱུར་ཅིག་བསམ་པ་གྱིས་ལ་རྗེས་ཟློས་མཛོད། ཨེ་མ་ཧོ༔ ངོ་མཚར་སངས་རྒྱས་སྣང་བ་མཐའ་ཡས་དང་༔ གཡས་སུ་ཇོ་བོ་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་དང་༔ གཡོན་དུ་སེམས་དཔའ་མཐུ་ཆེན་ཐོབ་རྣམས་ལ༔ སངས་རྒྱས་བྱང་སེམས་དཔག་མེད་འཁོར་གྱིས་བསྐོར༔ བདེ་སྐྱིད་ངོ་མཚར་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་ 21-12-11a པ་ཡི༔ བདེ་བ་ཅན་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་ཞིང་ཁམས་དེར༔ བདག་ནི་འདི་ནས་ཚེ་འཕོས་གྱུར་མ་ཐག༔ སྐྱེ་བ་གཞན་གྱིས་བར་མ་ཆོད་པ་རུ༔ དེ་རུ་སྐྱེས་ནས་སྣང་མཐའི་ཞལ་མཐོང་ཤོག༔ དེ་སྐད་བདག་གིས་སྨོན་ལམ་བཏབ་པ་འདི༔ ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་སངས་རྒྱས་བྱང་སེམས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས༔ གེགས་མེད་འགྲུབ་པར་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབ་ཏུ་གསོལ༔ ཏདྱ་ཐཱ༔ པེཉྩནྡྲི་ཡ་ཨ་ཝ་བོ་དྷ་ནཱ་ཡ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔ འོ་དེ་ལྟར་དབང་ཐོབ་ནས། རྔ་སྒྲའི་རྒྱལ་པོའི་གཟུངས་ལས། འདི་ནས་ནུབ་ཀྱི་ཕྱོགས་རོལ་ན། །བདེ་བ་ཅན་གྱི་ཞིང་ཁམས་ཡོད། །དེ་ན་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་བཞུགས། །དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད། །སུ་ཞིག་དེ་ཡི་མཚན་འཛིན་པ། །དེ་ནི་དེ་རུ་སྐྱེ་བར་འགྱུར། །འཆི་བའི་དུས་སུ་སྟོན་པ་ནི། །དགེ་སློང་དགེ་འདུན་བཅས་ཏེ་མཐོང་། །ཞེས་གསུངས་པའི་ཕྱིར། རབ་འདིའི་སྒྲུབ་པ་རྟགས་ཐོན་

May I behold the face of Amitabha! Om Bhrum Svaha (藏文：ཨོཾ་བྷྲཱུྃ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔，梵文天城体：ओṃ भ्रūṃ svāhā，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ bhrūṃ svāhā，English literal meaning: Om, seed syllable, Svaha) Punya Guna Abhisinca Hum (藏文：པུཎྱེ་གུ་ཎ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ༔，梵文天城体：पुण्ये गुण अभिषिञ्च हुं，梵文罗马拟音：puṇye guṇa abhiṣiñca hūṃ，English literal meaning: Merit, quality, Abhisheka, Hum) When gathering, is it walking along the edge of the bowl? Is it when you have finished walking around the crowd? If happy, scatter from all intervals and say auspicious words. Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ༔，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，English literal meaning: Hum)! In the realm of Great Bliss, turn the wheel of Dharma; Always look upon sentient beings with compassion; Vow to protect and save beings; May the auspiciousness of boundless light and equal abiding prevail! Thus, it is applied. If you want to expand it, you can add the auspicious eight symbols and the seven royal emblems from the extensive longevity empowerment, or either one. Son of a noble family, I give you this nectar of longevity, May you always have a long life, Possess power and increase life! Then give the longevity pill. Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ༔，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，English literal meaning: Hum)! Son of a noble family, By giving you this longevity pill, May you achieve the Vajra body, Possess power and increase life! Om Ah Hum Amitadeva Ayuh Siddhi Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཨ་མི་དྷེ་ཝ་ཨཱ་ཡུཿ སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ༔，梵文天城体：ओṃ आः हुं अमितदेव आयुः सिद्धि हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ amitadeva āyuḥ siddhi hūṃ，English literal meaning: Om, Ah, Hum, Amitabha, Life, Accomplishment, Hum)! The above-mentioned longevity arrow, colored arrow, auspicious eight symbols, seven royal emblems, longevity pill, and longevity wine are not suitable for patients who are terminally ill and hopeless, and for those who generate wrong views. Now, each of you should dedicate all the roots of virtue accumulated in the three times, and the roots of virtue from receiving this empowerment, to being reborn in Sukhavati in the future. Think like this, and repeat after me. Emaho! Wonderful is the Buddha Amitabha! To the right is the Lord Avalokiteshvara, the Great Compassionate One! To the left are the Bodhisattva Mahasthamaprapta! Surrounded by immeasurable Buddhas and Bodhisattvas! In that realm called Sukhavati, Which is immeasurably blissful and wonderful, May I, immediately after transferring consciousness from here, Without interruption by other births, Be born there and behold the face of Amitabha! Whatever prayers I have made, May all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, Bless them to be accomplished without obstacles! Tadyatha Peñcandriya Ava Bodha Naya Svaha (藏文：ཏདྱ་ཐཱ༔ པེཉྩནྡྲི་ཡ་ཨ་ཝ་བོ་དྷ་ནཱ་ཡ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔，梵文天城体：तद्यथा पेञ्चन्द्रिय अव बोध नाय स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：tadyathā peñcandriya ava bodha nāya svāhā，English literal meaning: Thus, five senses, awakening, guidance, Svaha)! Having received the empowerment in this way, according to the 'King of Drum Sound Dharani': From here to the west, there is the realm of Sukhavati. There resides the perfectly enlightened Buddha, named the Tathagata Amitayus. Whoever holds his name, that person will surely be born there. At the time of death, the teacher and the Sangha will appear.
