Then, visualize the Western Pure Land of Sukhavati merging into the body of Amitabha. Offer pleasing offerings to body, speech, and mind. From the body of Amitabha, emanate countless large and small bodies of Amitabha. From his speech, emanate a chain of mantras and the red Hrih (seed syllable, Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: great compassion). From his mind, emanate a red five-pronged vajra, descending like swirling snowflakes. Meditate on these dissolving into yourself and the beings in front of you, and recite the syllable Hrih. This is the practice of the Mother Tantra. If you have an arrow banner, wave it; if not, just visualize. From the Amitabha visualized in front, emanate the five great mother goddesses of the five elements. Green Tara is the goddess of wood and wind, waving the green arrow banner to the east, collecting the essence of the eastern wood element and the essence of wind, condensing them into the form of green light points, and dissolving them into the vase of the main deity visualized in front. Pandara, the white-clad mother, is the fire goddess, her color is red, waving the red arrow banner to the south, collecting and dissolving the essence of fire into the vase. Akasadhatvishvari, the space-realm mistress, is the iron goddess, her color is white, waving the white arrow banner to the west, collecting the essence of the western iron element and the essence of space, and dissolving them into the vase of the main deity. Mamaki is the water goddess, her color is blue, waving the blue arrow banner to the north, collecting and dissolving the essence of water. Locana, the earth goddess, is the yellow-eyed Buddha mother, waving the yellow arrow banner to the four corners and above, collecting the essence of earth and dissolving it into the vase of the main deity. Similarly, through the light of the five goddesses, the external world of earth, water, fire, wind, and space, as well as the diseases, essences, flesh, blood, warmth, breath, and consciousness of beings, and the five bodies and five wisdoms of the Buddhas, blessings, heart essence, radiance, and majesty, all dissolve into the five goddesses. The five goddesses emanate light from the mouth of the vase in the hands of the main deity, transforming into immortal nectar, filling the vase, overflowing like yogurt and bubbles. Entering from your own mouth and Brahma's aperture, purifying all sins, obscurations, diseases, and demonic obstacles, exiting from the lower doors and the soles of the feet in the form of soot and ash, making your body as clear as crystal. Like a crystal vase filled with milk, your body is filled with the nectar of longevity, visualizing the attainment of youth without disease or aging, and the state of an immortal long-life vidyadhara. Recite the long Ayuh Siddhi mantra, or Om Bhrum Svaha, whichever is accomplished, or just recite the syllable Bhrum (seed syllable, Tibetan: བྷྲཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रूं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Literal meaning: boundless palace). This is the order of visualization for the longevity practice. Then, dissolve the visualized deities in front into yourself, and become Amitabha. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
