ཨཱ་ཧཱུྃ༔ (Āḥ Hūṃ)一切持明者所敬礼！ 嗡！金刚秘密太稀奇，利生自性圆满具，方便智慧双运炽燃身，向于种种化现顶礼赞。 那摩那玛弥！双手结于事业印，口诵甚深秘密法，意修誓言与智慧，令诸佛坛城皆欢喜。 嗡阿吽啥！ 克隆！大印供养祈加持！ 嗡！善逝薄伽梵，以诸佛海之智慧，于无边有海中，尽享普贤供云之妙乐，化现虚空藏之咒语。 啥！慈爱香云腾涌，悲心珍宝鲜花散，喜悦法灯明亮燃，舍心甘露雨滴降，境与权、方便与智慧，献上双运安乐之喜宴。 嗡 希 班杂 惹嘎 杜贝 布贝 阿洛给 根德 普杂 霍！ 啥！显现声响诸法性，自生欲妙珍宝藏，具足无漏甘露精，享用五根之庄严。 班杂 嘎玛 咕那 普杂 霍！ 啥！心仪美妙之天女，于喉咙唱出悦耳之歌，双足舞动金刚之舞姿，以大乐智慧之乐供养。 玛哈 斯卡 普杂 霍！ 啥！五毒清净甘露药，三界救度血之精，三毒断除食子，祈请受用身语意之坛城。 萨瓦 班杂 阿弥利达 惹嘎 巴林达 喀嘿！ 啥！显现为父，空性为母，结合大乐无有分离，轮回涅槃平等性之状态，度脱究竟之仪轨圆满。 达玛 达度 普杂 霍！ 啥！薄伽梵怙主无量寿，赞叹不坏金刚之身，大乐炽燃猛厉母，赞叹无灭语之体性，具足五智诸佛之子，赞叹殊胜观世音菩萨，一切成就之主功德藏，赞叹马王之自在，具足威力神通虚空藏，赞叹降伏魔障之事业，以智慧随欲转变，诸佛事业之妙乐，示现无量幻化之网，赞叹不坏坛城之诸尊。 吼！我等为无明所缚，此生以及生生世世之障碍，所有过失皆忏悔，祈请清净赐予胜成就，身语意所有之功德，祈请当下即刻赐予我等。 如是念诵百字明，念诵修持。

Āḥ Hūṃ! Homage to all Vidyādharas (holders of knowledge)! Oṃ! The Vajra secret is most wondrous, inherently complete with the nature of benefiting beings, the form blazing with the union of skillful means and wisdom, I prostrate to the various emanations. Namo Namami! The two hands bind the mudra of action, the profound secret Dharma is spoken in the mouth, the samaya and wisdom are meditated in the mind, generating joy in the mandala of the Buddhas. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Hrīḥ! Kroṃ! Mahāmudrā pūja ho! Oṃ! The Sugata, the Bhagavan, with the wisdom of the ocean of Buddhas, in the boundless ocean of existence, enjoys the supreme cloud of Samantabhadra's offerings, manifesting the mantra of the treasury of space. Hrīḥ! Clouds of loving-kindness rise with incense, flowers of compassion and preciousness are scattered, the lamp of joy and Dharma blazes brightly, the nectar rain of equanimity falls, realm and power, skillful means and wisdom, offering the feast of joy in union. Oṃ Śrī Vajra Rāga Dhūpe Puṣpe Āloke Gandhe Pūja Ho! Hrīḥ! The phenomena of appearance and sound are, the self-arisen treasure of desirable qualities, endowed with the essence of stainless nectar, enjoying the adornment of the five senses. Pañca Kāma Guṇa Pūja Ho! Hrīḥ! The enchanting and beautiful goddess, sings sweet songs in her throat, her feet move in the Vajra dance, offering the play of great bliss and wisdom. Mahā Sukha Pūja Ho! Hrīḥ! The five poisons purified into nectar medicine, the essence of blood that liberates the three realms, the baliṃta (sacrificial offering) that cuts off the three poisons, please partake in the expanse of body, speech, and mind. Sarva Pañca Amṛta Rakta Baliṃta Khāhi! Hrīḥ! Appearance is the father, emptiness is the mother, the union of great bliss is without separation, the state of equality between saṃsāra and nirvāṇa, the ritual of liberation is complete. Dharma Dhātu Pūja Ho! Hrīḥ! Bhagavan, protector Amitāyus (Tshepakme), praised be the immortal Vajra body, Great Bliss blazing Caṇḍālī, praised be the indestructible essence of speech, son of the Buddhas endowed with the five wisdoms, praised be the supreme Avalokiteśvara (Chenrezig) of the heart, master of all siddhis (accomplishments), treasure of qualities, praised be the king of power, the supreme horse, possessing might, strength, and skill, the Garuḍa (Namkhading) soaring in the sky, praised be the activity of subduing obstacles, with the wisdom that transforms desires at will, the play of the Buddhas' activities, shows the immeasurable net of illusion, praised be the deities of the immortal mandala. Ho! We are bound by ignorance, the obstacles of this life and forever, all faults are confessed with regret, may it be purified and grant the supreme accomplishment, whatever qualities of body, speech, and mind, may it be granted to us immediately. The three karmas, which are the wisdom practices of body, speech, and mind, visualize the Father Tantra deity on a moon disc in the heart, and the Mother Tantra deity on a sun disc in the heart, radiating Om (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：om，汉语字面意思：嗡), white, Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुम्，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), blue, and Ah (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿), red light. With one's own mantra garland circling left and right, radiating light, benefiting beings, gathering blessings, merging into oneself, purifying conceptual thoughts and karmic obscurations, think of attaining the supreme accomplishment of longevity and wisdom. Recite: Om Ama Ra Ni Dza Ji Ben Deye Soha A Yu Dza Na Tse Dhrum. Om Da Ji Tsa Dhum Da Ji Li A Yu Dza Na Tse Dhrum. Om Ma Ni Be Ma Hum A Yu Dza Na Tse Dhrum. Accomplish great power, merits, and siddhis, Visualize Hayagriva on a sun disc in the heart, with the Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) syllable, a white and bright mantra garland rotating to the right, light rays like iron hooks, hooking the essence of samsara and nirvana, thinking of it merging into oneself. By the light rays of the Great Mother's speech, if the life force of the five elements is diminished, then summon the blessings of the Five Consorts, merging the life force into the central channel, attaining the indestructible Vajra speech, and receiving the blessings of the self-arisen letters. Hum! By the light rays of the Supreme Son's mind, if the life force of the five chakras is diminished, then summon the blessings of the Five Wisdoms, liberating delusion in the Dharmadhatu, attaining the primordial, unchanging Vajra mind, and receiving the blessings of Great Bliss and Clear Light. Hrih! Hayagriva sends messengers, if the demons of the four directions steal life, then summon them back to their original state with the four seals, restoring the diminished life force and breath, and on the indestructible Vajra armor, receiving the blessings of the Wrathful Assembly. Khrom!
