那摩 班杂巴尼（Namaspal，敬礼金刚手）。为了完整获得这一切，在此宝瓶中生起吉祥，在此命食中注入精华，在此命果中展现加持，在此箭幡中注入光明，在此坛城中注入光彩，祈请成就者赐予我长寿。 嗡 舍（梵文：Hrīḥ，梵文罗马拟音：Hrīḥ，种子字）！ 守护坛城边际的，掌管寿命的使者护法们，以及财神誓盟者如海众，往昔于莲花生大士（Padmasambhava）座前，承诺守护佛法者们，请享用此誓物食子，为了我和瑜伽士眷属们， 将流失的寿命召回，恢复衰损的元气。若不履行所托之事业，金刚忿怒本尊和夜叉们，将饮尽汝等心血并摧毁。因此，莫违背誓言，祈请延长成就者的寿命，守护密咒之教法。’ 如此念诵，以肉酒装饰食子，供于净处，摇动箭幡。之后，观察寿命的加持：在命果之中，有日月星三者，以及卍（藏文：གཡུང་དྲུང་，梵文天城体：卐，梵文罗马拟音：Svastika，吉祥的标志），海螺，铁钩，索，铁链，铃铛等，以酥油制成并放入。 念诵长寿咒，祈请显示寿命的加持。以金刚交杵切开。若日月二者背对，从后方朝西，则极为不祥。相对则吉祥。若四种法器位置错乱，则需进行供养和赎罪，以及遣除。若星辰散落，则对子嗣和财富不利，需进行招财避邪。若卍消失，则对施主不利。若海螺消失，则对上师和自身名声不利。对此等情况，需施放镇压食子，进行息增怀诛四法，转变恶运，进行替身赎命。 若寿命箭变长，则是寿命增长的征兆。若箭羽受损，则对施主不利。若箭杆破裂，则对明妃不利。若箭头脱落，则对瑜伽士自身不利。若幡旗破损，则对弟子不利。若乐器损坏或颈部断裂，则对住所不利。对此，需念诵十万遍咒语，供养土地神，镇压邪魔，封闭财门，进行除秽沐浴。寿命食增长，降下甘露，寿命食子数量增多，箭幡摇动，光芒闪耀，寿命酒沸腾等现象出现，则是极好中的极好。 萨玛雅（Samaya，誓言），嘉嘉嘉（Gya Gya Gya，封印）！

In order to fully obtain all of these, generate auspiciousness in this vase, infuse essence into this longevity food, reveal blessings in this longevity fruit, inject light into this arrow banner, infuse radiance into this mandala, and grant me, the supreme practitioner, long life. Om Hrih (Seed Syllable)! Guardians of the mandala's boundaries, Dharma protectors who manage life, and the ocean of oath-bound treasure owners, those who in the past before the Great Glorious One (Padmasambhava), vowed to protect the teachings, please accept this Torma of Samaya substances, for me and my yogi retinue, Recall the lost life force now, restore the diminished vitality. If you do not perform the entrusted task, Vajra Wrathful Deities and Yakshas, will drink your heart's blood and destroy you. Therefore, do not transgress the oath, please extend the life of the supreme practitioner, and protect the teachings of mantra.’ Recite thus, adorn the Torma with meat and wine, offer it in a clean place, and wave the arrow banner. Then, examine the blessing of life: within the longevity fruit, there are the sun, moon, and three stars, as well as the Swastika, conch shell, iron hook, lasso, iron chain, and bell, made of butter and placed inside. Recite the longevity mantra, and pray to show the blessing of life. Cut with a vajra cross. If the sun and moon are back to back, facing west from behind, it is extremely bad. Facing each other is good. If the four emblems are misplaced, then offerings and atonement to the Dharma protectors, as well as reversal rituals, should be performed. If the stars are scattered, it is bad for children and wealth, so perform wealth-attracting and protection rituals. If the Swastika disappears, it is bad for the patron. If the conch shell disappears, it is bad for the teacher and one's own reputation. For these situations, cast suppression Tormas, perform the four activities, reverse bad omens, and perform ransom rituals. If the longevity arrow becomes long, it is a sign of increasing life. If the feathers are damaged, it is bad for the patron. If the shaft is cracked, it is bad for the consort. If the arrowhead comes off, it is bad for the yogi himself. If the banner is torn, it is bad for the disciples. If the musical instrument is broken or the neck is severed, it is bad for the dwelling. For this, recite the Bum (one hundred thousand recitations), propitiate the local deities, suppress evil spirits, close the door of misfortune, and perform a purification bath of Namjom (Vajravidarana). If the longevity food increases, nectar descends, the number of longevity Tormas increases, the arrow banner moves, light flashes, and the longevity wine boils, these are the best of the best.
