་འཁོར་ཞིག་སྙིང་གར་བབས། ལྟེ་བ་ཤེས་རབ་ཨ་ཐུང་ལས་ཉི་མའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ཞིག་ཡར་མཆེད་དེ་ཟླ་ཉི་འཛོམ་པའི་བར་དུ་ཧྲཱིཿཡིག་ཧའི་ཁོག་པར་ཕྱི་ནང་འབྱུང་བའི་དྭངས་མ་ཚེ་བཅུད་ཀྱི་སྙིང་པོ་ནྲྀ་ལྗང་གུ །ནྲྀ་ཡིག་གི་མིག་ཨ་ལོང་ལྟ་བུའི་ནང་དུ་ཨ་དཀར་པོ་གནས་པའི་མཐར་ཨོཾ་གུ་རུ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་ཞེས་པའི་སྔགས་རྣམས་འོད་ཟེར་གྱི་དྲྭ་བ་གཅིག་ལ་གཅིག་འཁྱུད་པ་དང་ཚོན་གྱི་གྲུ་གུ་བཞིན་དུ་བསྟུམས་པ། དེའི་ཕྱིར་གོང་ལྟར་ཕ་ལམ་ལས་གྲུབ་པའི་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྐུད་པས་བཅིངས་ཏེ་ནམ་དུའང་ལྷ་འདྲེ་མི་སོགས་གདོན་བགེགས་གང་གིས་ཀྱང་གླགས་མི་རྙེད་པ་ཞིག་རྡོ་རྗེའི་ལྟེ་བར་བྱས་ནས། རང་ལུས་གསེར་གྱི་རྡོ་རྗེ་རྩེ་ལྔ་པ་རྒྱུ་ཕ་ལམ་ལས་གྲུབ་པ་སྲ་ཞིང་བརྟན་པ་སོགས་རྡོ་རྗེའི་མཚན་ཉིད་བདུན་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཞིག་ཏུ་གསལ། སྔར་འདས་ཀྱི་རྗེས་མི་བཅད་མ་འོངས་པའི་མདུན་མི་བསུ་ 20-36-7b ད་ལྟའི་ཤེས་པ་ལ་བཟོས་མ་བསླད་པ་གསལ་སྟོང་འཛིན་མེད་སྐྱེ་འགགས་གནས་བྲལ་སེམས་ཀྱི་རང་བཞིན་འོད་གསལ་བ་ཞེས་པའི་ངང་ལ་ཆམ་གྱི་ཀློད་ལ་བཞག་གོ །ཞེས་རྩ་བའི་བླ་མའི་གསུང་ལྗགས་ཀྱི་བདུད་རྩི་ཞལ་ཤེས་མན་ངག་ཡང་ཟབ་འདི་ཉིད་རང་གི་ཁྲིད་མ་ཐོབ་པ་རྣམས་ལ་བསྟན་མི་རུང་བའི་དམ་ཚིག་ཤེས་པར་མཛོད་ཅིག།

A wheel descends into the heart. From the wisdom 'A Thung' of the navel chakra, a sun disc rises, until the sun and moon merge. The syllable 'ཧྲཱིཿ' (Tibetan, hrīḥ, Devanagari, hrīḥ, Romanized Sanskrit, hrīḥ, shame) resides in the empty space of 'Hai', manifesting the essence of life force, the green syllable 'ནྲྀ་' (Tibetan, nṛ, Devanagari, nṛ, Romanized Sanskrit, guide). In the eye-like form of the syllable 'ནྲྀ' (Tibetan, nṛ, Devanagari, nṛ, Romanized Sanskrit, guide), a white 'ཨ་' (Tibetan, a, Devanagari, a, Romanized Sanskrit, no) syllable dwells, surrounded by the mantra 'ཨོཾ་གུ་རུ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་' (Tibetan, oṃ guru āyurjñāna, Devanagari, oṃ guru āyurjñāna, Romanized Sanskrit, Om Guru Longevity Wisdom), intertwined like a web of light and dense like lines of color. Therefore, as mentioned before, bind it with a diamond vajra rope, so that it can never be seized by gods, demons, humans, or any evil spirits, making the vajra heart the center. Visualize your body as a five-pronged golden vajra, made of diamond, hard and stable, possessing the seven qualities of a vajra. Do not cut off the past, do not welcome the future, The present awareness, unadulterated, clear and empty, without clinging, without arising or ceasing, free from dwelling, abide in the luminous nature of the mind.’ This is the nectar of the root guru's spoken words, a profound instruction.
