ྔར་ལྟར་དངོས་གྲུབ་ལེན་ཞིང་། སྤྲོ་ན་མཐའ་རྟེན་དུ་དབང་ཆོག་ལྟར་ཚེ་དབང་བླང་ངོ་། །གང་ལྟར་ཡང་མཚམས་ཁོངས་དེར་བསྙེན་པའི་ཁ་སྐོང་དུ་བཟླས་གྲངས་ཀྱི་བཅུ་ཆའི་སྦྱིན་སྲེག་དང་། ཐོ་འགྲོལ། གནས་སྲུང་སོགས་བསྙེན་སྒྲུབ་སྤྱིའི་འགྲོས་ལྟར་ཤེས་པར་བྱའོ། །ཞེས་འཆི་མེད་ཡང་སྙིང་ཀུན་འདུས་ཀྱི་བསྙེན་ཡིག་ཐོ་བྱང་ཙམ་དུ་བཀོད་པ་འདི་ཡང་གོ་འཇོ་མཁོ་ཆེན་བླ་མ་རྣམ་གྲོལ་བཟང་པོའི་གསུང་གིས་བསྐུལ་བ་ལས། གཉོས་བཙུན་དྷརྨ་ཤྲཱིས་ཆུ་སྟོད་ཟླ་བའི་ཚེས་བཅུའི་སྔ་དྲོ་ཐུན་གཅིག་ལ་ཤར་མར་སྤེལ་བའི་ཡི་གེ་པ་ནི་དགེ་སློང་ཨཱ་ནནྟ་མ་ཏིའོ།། །།

如前一样，获得成就（དངོས་གྲུབ་）。如果愿意，可以像结行仪轨（མཐའ་རྟེན་དུ་དབང་ཆོག་）一样接受长寿灌顶（ཚེ་དབང་བླང་）。无论如何，在该闭关处（མཚམས་ཁོངས་དེར་），为了补足念诵的数量，应进行念诵数量十分之一的火供（སྦྱིན་སྲེག་）和托嘎（ཐོ་འགྲོལ），以及护法（གནས་སྲུང་）等，应按照总的修持方式来了解。 这段将《不死精髓普集》（འཆི་མེད་ཡང་སྙིང་ཀུན་འདུས་）的修持仪轨仅作为目录而编纂的文字，是应果乔·阔钦喇嘛南卓桑波（གོ་འཇོ་མཁོ་ཆེན་བླ་མ་རྣམ་གྲོལ་བཟང་པོ）的劝请，由尼祖·达玛西日（གཉོས་བཙུན་དྷརྨ་ཤྲཱི）在水上月（ཆུ་སྟོད་ཟླ་བ）的初十上午一堂课的时间内迅速完成。书写者是比丘阿难陀玛帝（དགེ་སློང་ཨཱ་ནནྟ་མ་ཏིའོ）。

As before, obtain accomplishments (དངོས་གྲུབ་). If desired, one may receive the longevity empowerment (ཚེ་དབང་བླང་) as in the concluding ritual (མཐའ་རྟེན་དུ་དབང་ཆོག་). In any case, in that retreat place (མཚམས་ཁོངས་དེར་), to complete the recitation count, one should perform a fire offering (སྦྱིན་སྲེག་) of one-tenth of the recitation number, and release of 'thog-grol' (ཐོ་འགྲོལ), and protector (གནས་སྲུང་) etc., and should understand according to the general practice of approach and accomplishment. This text, which compiles the practice manual of 'The Nectar of Immortality, A Gathering of All' (འཆི་མེད་ཡང་སྙིང་ཀུན་འདུས་) merely as a catalog, was at the urging of Gojo Khochen Lama Namdrol Zangpo (གོ་འཇོ་མཁོ་ཆེན་བླ་མ་རྣམ་གྲོལ་བཟང་པོ), and was quickly completed by Nyosh Tsultrim Dharma Shri (གཉོས་བཙུན་དྷརྨ་ཤྲཱི) in one session on the morning of the tenth day of the Water Upper Month (ཆུ་སྟོད་ཟླ་བ).
