大宝伏藏TD731《无死精要总集》之修法目录。 敏林长寿修法。修法目录 嗡 索思地！ 顶礼上师与怙主无量寿！ 此处讲述《无死精要总集》之修法。首先，供养三宝，诵读经文等，尽力积累资粮作为前行。在寂静宜人的地方，用拂尘清扫干净。在陈设着本尊唐卡的面前，如果修持念修合修，则按照《事业仪轨·无死如意宝》中所说，布置坛城及长寿供品等，进行盛大的陈设。如果仅修持念修，则陈设力所能及的供品和朵玛。 在其对面，在干净的垫子上，于内侧用青稞或白土绘制“雍仲法轮”。前面摆放金刚铃、手鼓、嘎巴拉碗、内供等。此外，闭关侍者、医生、食物等闭关期间所需的一切物品都要准备齐全。在太阳北行之际，上弦月吉祥的星宿吉日，以皈依发心为前行。以‘舍 (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：种子字)’、‘本来清净法身’等语，坚定马头金刚的慢心。稍微念诵‘舍 莲花忿怒’后，向土地神等护法神供奉朵玛，祈请彼等成办事业。向黑方鬼神施予食子，并念诵：‘从心间化现的忿怒尊’等语，以忿怒尊的云雾驱逐一切邪魔，观想以威猛咒语、击打、古古茹香等威慑手段驱逐鬼神，务必认真进行。在门口堆砌石堆，迎请四大天王，进行生起、融入、供养、赞颂、祈请事业，观想一切环境被结界为国王的宫殿，从而封闭外结界。然后进入室内，以‘舍 不可思议光明’等一个‘夏洛’封闭内结界，即念诵‘舍’，净化一切不清净的显现，保持一段时间无分别的禅定。从无碍光明的自性中，自性本觉的体性发出‘吽 (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：种子字)’字的声音，充满虚空，并专注于此。从‘吽’字发出光芒，形成金刚地基、帐篷、帷幔，以及燃烧的智慧火焰，上下四方一切处

The Sadhana Manual Index of the Deathless Essence, the Union of All. The Mindroling Longevity Sadhana. Sadhana Manual Om Svasti! Homage to the Lama and Protector Amitayus! Herein is the method for practicing the Deathless Essence, the Union of All. First, make offerings to the Three Jewels, recite scriptures, and accumulate merit as much as possible as preliminaries. In a secluded and pleasant place, clean it with a whisk. In front of the displayed Thangka of the deity, if practicing the combined recitation and accomplishment, then according to the 'Activity Ritual: Deathless Wish-Fulfilling Jewel,' arrange the mandala and longevity offerings, making grand arrangements. If only practicing recitation, then arrange whatever offerings and torma are available. Opposite to it, on a clean cushion, draw a 'Yungdrung Dharma Wheel' with barley or white earth on the inside. Place a vajra bell, hand drum, kapala bowl, inner offering, etc., in front. In addition, the retreat attendant, doctor, food, and all necessities for the retreat must be fully prepared. At the time when the sun moves northward, on an auspicious waxing moon day with auspicious stars, with refuge and bodhicitta as the preliminary. With the pride of Hayagriva, firmly, with 'Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Seed Syllable)', 'Primordially pure Dharmakaya,' etc. Slightly recite 'Hrih Padma Krodha,' then offer torma to the white-sided protectors such as the local deities, and entrust them with activities. Give food offerings to the black-sided ones, and recite: 'The wrathful one emanated from the heart,' etc. With the clouds of wrathful deities, dispel all obstacles, visualize dispelling obstacles with fierce mantras, striking, gugul incense, etc., and diligently dispel obstacles with fierce methods. Pile stones at the door, invite the Four Great Kings, perform generation, absorption, offering, praise, and entrustment of activities, and visualize the entire environment being bound by the royal palace, thereby sealing the outer boundary. Then enter the room, and with 'Hrih Inconceivable Light,' etc., seal the inner boundary with one 'Shwa Lo,' that is, recite 'Hrih,' purify all impure appearances, and maintain a state of non-conceptual meditation for a while. From the nature of unobstructed luminosity, the essence of self-awareness emits the sound of the syllable 'Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Seed Syllable)', filling the sky, and focus on this. From the syllable 'Hum' emanates light, forming a vajra ground, tent, curtains, and burning flames of wisdom, everywhere above, below, and in all directions. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
