Kāyasiddhi Oṃ(ཀཱ་ཡ་སིདྡྷི་ཨོཾ།,身成就,嗡)。 Sarva Maṅgalaṃ(སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།,一切吉祥)。

Furthermore, with the body of the garland wheel, may I be inseparable from you, the protector. Kāyasiddhi Oṃ (ཀཱ་ཡ་སིདྡྷི་ཨོཾ།, accomplishment of body, Om). Likewise, the speech and mind are also performed, reciting the ritual, enjoying the right-turning longevity cake and the left-turning longevity wine. Again, offering and praising, confessing faults, if there is a deity image, it is merged into it, if not, the wisdom being descends, and the samaya being is absorbed into oneself. Concluding with the dedication of merit and auspicious wishes. If there are colored powders, they are poured into the water, if not, the remaining things are placed in an inconspicuous place. Thus, this ritual of 'The Quintessence of Immortality, A Complete Collection,' is written by Rigdzin Terdag Lingpa (གླིང་པ།), whose heart was infused with the compassionate moonlight of Guru Padmasambhava (མཚོ་སྐྱེས་རྡོ་རྗེ།), causing the kunda of wisdom to bloom slightly. In accordance with the lineage of permission for the secret instructions of the terma text that was hidden separately, it was written in the great palace of Drudzin (དབུ་རུ་གྲུ་འཛིན།), and the scribe was the Vinaya holder, the disciplined and diligent Ngawang Zopa (དབུ་མཛད་ངག་དབང་བཟོད་པ།). May this become the cause for all beings to conquer the Lord of Death. Sarva Maṅgalaṃ (སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།, all auspiciousness). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
