左手拿着盛满血的颅碗放在胸前，用干湿颅骨、蛇、骨头、珍宝、血油、灰烬等墓地饰物装饰身体，上身穿着牛皮，腰间系着虎皮裙。双腿或伸或屈，以愤怒的姿态站立在劫火熊熊燃烧之中。在三处（身、语、意）安立三个字，心间日轮之上是蓝黑色的“亚”字。从那里放射出光芒。观想上师文殊阎魔敌以智慧勇识的形象安住，光芒照射到他的心间，以此来激发誓言。你们要依次接受对誓言者的加持。 首先，在坛城中央的宝瓶宫殿中，观想本尊众融入光中，从中生出甘露，以此接受灌顶和加持，净化身语意的障碍，与智慧本尊无二无别。吽！本尊众燃烧的宫殿，诸佛所生的甘露，以加持宝瓶的灌顶，愿身语意障碍得以净化，成为本尊！心咒结尾：卡拉夏 阿比谢卡 达 萨玛雅 希利 吽！布施瓶水，沐浴。观想主尊和眷属五尊的身体，从坛城本尊的自性融入你们的顶轮并融入，与大威德文殊阎魔敌无二无别。将察克里放在头顶。吽！无边诸佛之身，以种种神通灌顶，与忿怒尊无二无别，愿获得成就诸佛的灌顶！咒语结尾：阿比谢卡 玛！将金刚杵和颅碗分别放在左右手中，观想与忿怒尊具有同等的力量。吽！至尊亚曼达嘎（梵文：Yamāntaka，文殊阎魔敌）之手印，授予你，愿你以此斩断轮回的迷惑，获得降伏邪见的灌顶！ 右手高举普巴杵，左手给予经书，以阅读的姿态，观想获得利益自他的力量。降伏邪见恶毒之至尊，无尽功德之宝藏，以法物和经函的灌顶，愿你真实拥有它！右手给予颅碗，获得诛杀怨敌邪魔的能力，左手给予念珠，观想为了修行而不离不弃。赐予威严的颅碗，以及念珠，愿能诛杀所有怨敌邪魔，并获得咒语的稳固。至尊阎魔敌

Holding a skull cup filled with blood in the left hand against the chest, adorned with dry and wet skulls, snakes, bones, jewels, blood grease, ashes, and other charnel ground ornaments. Dressed in a bull hide upper garment, a yak hide waist wrap, and a tiger skin loincloth. With legs either extended or bent, standing in a wrathful posture amidst the blazing flames of the kalpa fire. Establish the three syllables in the three places (body, speech, and mind), and a dark blue 'Ya' (藏文：ཡ།，梵文天城体：य，梵文罗马拟音：ya，汉语字面意思：亚) on the sun disc at the heart. From there, radiate light. Visualize the Lama Manjushri Yamantaka abiding in the form of a wisdom being, and the light radiating to his heart, thereby stimulating the samaya. Visualize that you are receiving the blessings of the samaya holders in succession. First, within the vase palace in the center of the mandala, visualize the deity assembly dissolving into light, from which arises nectar. Receive the empowerment and blessings, purifying the obscurations of body, speech, and mind, and becoming inseparable from the wisdom deity. Hūṃ! The blazing palace of the deity assembly, the nectar arising from the deities, through the empowerment of the blessed vase, may the obscurations of body, speech, and mind be purified, and may you become a deity! At the end of the heart mantra: Kālāśa Abhiṣeka Da Samaya Shrī Hūṃ! Offer the vase water, bathe. Visualize that the body of the main deity and the retinue of five deities, from the nature of the mandala deity, enters and dissolves from the crown of your head, becoming inseparable from the glorious Mahakala Manjushri Yamantaka. Place the chakra on the crown of the head. Hūṃ! The bodies of the boundless victorious ones, through various miraculous empowerments, are inseparable from the wrathful king. May you obtain the empowerment to accomplish all the deities! End of the mantra: Abhiṣiñca Māṃ! Place the vajra and skull cup in the right and left hands respectively, and visualize that you possess equal power and strength as the wrathful king. Hūṃ! The supreme mudra of Yamantaka (藏文：གཤིན་རྗེ་གཤེད་，梵文天城体：यमरि，梵文罗马拟音：Yamāri，汉语字面意思：阎魔敌), is bestowed upon you. May you thereby sever the delusions of samsara and obtain the empowerment to subdue wrong views! Raise the phurba (ritual dagger) in the right hand and give the scripture in the left hand, in the posture of reading, visualize that you have obtained the power to benefit yourself and others. Supreme one who subdues evil and malicious influences, inexhaustible treasure of qualities, through the empowerment of substances and scriptures, may you truly possess it! Give the skull cup in the right hand, obtain the ability to slay enemies and obstacles, and give the raksha (藏文：སྲིན་པོ།，梵文天城体：राक्षस，梵文罗马拟音：rākṣasa，汉语字面意思：罗刹) rosary in the left hand, visualize that you will not be separated from it for the sake of practice. Bestow the glorious skull cup and the raksha rosary, may you slay all enemies and obstacles, and also obtain the stability of the mantra.
