For Karma (Sanskrit: Karma, action): On the platform, inside a skull with three corners at the top, draw an eight-spoked wheel marked with 'ཡ' (Tibetan, Ya, seed syllable). Arrange a red-black triangular torma, including the nine main deities and their retinue, along with outer, inner, and secret offerings. Visualize yourself as Yamantaka Manjushri (Tibetan: 'jam dpal gshin rje'i gshed, Manjushri, the slayer of Yama), in front of the terrifying realm of Yama, with the skull city reaching the summit of existence, from which blood and fat flow. In the center of the eight-spoked wheel, above the lotus and sun, a buffalo burns fiercely. From my heart, a skull staff marked with 'ཡ' (Tibetan, Ya, seed syllable) emanates, radiating light and completely transforming. Karma Yama (Tibetan: las kyi gshin rje, Yama of Action) has a body color as black as darkness, a face like an angry buffalo, roaring like thunder, with flames burning at the tips of his iron horns. His right hand raises the skull staff to the top of the world, and his left hand pours the sea of blood from the skull into his mouth. Naked, without any adornments, his erect phallus burns with flames. Both feet trample on a wild bull in a fighting stance. On the left is the consort Tsamundi (Tibetan: tsa mun tri), with the face of a female buffalo, holding an iron hook and skull blood. On the spokes are the eight Yamas, such as Yamadanda (Tibetan: ya ma daN+Di), holding wheels and iron hooks. In addition, there are armies of Yama, yakshinis, and the eight classes of gods and demons gathered. Visualize light emanating from my heart, inviting Karma Yama and his retinue. Hūṃ! From the southern city of Yama, Karma Yama and his retinue, remembering past vows, please come to this place. Vajra Samaya Ja! Samaya Tistha Lhan! Vajra Samaya Hūṃ! Namo Namo! Hūṃ! With offerings of blood water, flowers of the senses, burning masses of fat smoke, numerous butter lamps, bile washing liquid, flesh and blood food, and the music of thighbone trumpets and graveyard ornaments, may Karma Yama and his retinue be pleased. With the warm heart's blood of slaying enemies and obstacles, and the burning intoxicating wine mixed with nectar, and various flesh and blood food tormas, may Karma Yama and his retinue be pleased. Om Kara Rupa Yama Raja Saparivara Argham... Shabda Puja Ho! Maha Pancha Amrita Rakta Balinda Khahi! Hūṃ! Those who obey the orders of Yamantaka Manjushri, possessing inconceivable power and magical abilities, who have promised to protect the Dharma, I praise you and your retinue. On the sun disc in the heart, the mantra circles around the syllable 'ཡ' (Tibetan, Ya, seed syllable). Visualize light emanating from my heart, striking his heart, remembering past vows, and carrying out all commands. Om Kara Rupa Yama Raja Hūṃ Phat! Thus, recite, offer, and praise.
