Now begins the practice of the messenger of Manjushri Yamantaka, the Black Graha Demon. In an iron vessel, prepare a cubit-long torma of black зер mixed with blood. Place eight smaller tormas around it, and twenty-eight finger-length offerings in the four directions. Adorn it with flesh and blood, and fashion a black banner with a crow and arrow, adorned with crow feathers. Place it on a pile of black зер. Surround it with outer and inner offerings. In front of oneself, visualized as the deity, on the ground of a charnel ground, in the center of a skull palace, in the midst of a churning ocean of blood, from the heart of oneself, Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) radiates. From it arises the Black Graha Demon, with nine heads, ten crow faces, mouths open and roaring, eyes wide and glaring, the first two hands holding a snake lasso and a makara banner, the lower two hands drawing a bow and arrow, the lower body coiled into a snake, the entire body filled with eyes, dwelling in the midst of swirling fire and wind. Around him, visualize Vishnu, Rakshasa, and the other eight Rahulas, the eight great planets such as the sun, the twenty-eight constellations, and the four sister goddesses. Invite them with the light from your heart. Hūṃ! From the vast mandala of the sky, I invite the Graha Demon and his retinue to come, to protect the teachings as promised before the glorious deity! Vajra Samaja! Hūṃ! In this palace of charnel ground revelry, I invite the Graha Demon and his retinue to dwell! Before the deity Vajradhara, remember your vows and do not break your promise! To vanquish enemies and obstacles, I offer flowers, incense, lamps, perfume, food, music, and other offerings to the fierce Graha Demon assembly! Offering the feast. Furthermore, offering all harmonious complementary substances, accomplish the entrusted activities. Mahā pūja ho! Hūṃ! You are the emanation of Heruka, upholding the vows of yogis, and the arrogant assembly of planetary demons, to protect the Dharma, I prostrate and praise you. The method of recitation is: after the deity's mantra, recite: Shri shag ru rag ram nāga citta traṃ mama yo za agraṃ ha he ga sha la dza! Recite thus. Fiercely urging: Hūṃ! From the charnel ground where Kili resounds, from the intersection of the sea of blood and flames, may the planetary demon with a black body manifest! Leading the retinue of arrogant assembly, launch an attack on the enemy! For the enemies who violate the Dharma and break their vows, quickly seize and execute them! Planetary demon army, attack the enemy! The time has come, Samaya! Urge thus, and throw the torma towards the enemy. May the torma guest depart, or dissolve into the deity's form. Samaya gya gya gya! Again, urging the earth deity Zin Phung, with a red torma, marked with a sheep's head, along with silk, grains, and medicine, bless it. Hūṃ! Earth deity Zin Phung, is a terrifying form, a fierce body. Body color black, terrifying head, holding a sword and enemy axe in hand, riding a black demon horse, wearing a black cloak. Running in the day of the executioner, with an army of a thousand earth deities. The time for your oath has come. Take this red torma, and now run to the enemy's land!
