Visualize the syllable 'Nri' (Tibetan: ནྲྀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: नृ, Sanskrit Romanization: nṛ, no literal meaning) written in the center, perform the actions of attracting and summoning, hand it over to the prison of Yama, and visualize the torma container transforming into Mount Meru, pressing down on it. Then, seal it with a vajra stake, reciting: Hum! I am the great terrifying one, I subdue all three realms in general, I suppress all enemies, demons, and evil spirits, I press down on the holes of the three poisons and karma. Suppress, bind, stambhaya (Tibetan: སྟྭམྦྷ་ཡ, Sanskrit Devanagari: स्तम्भय, Sanskrit Romanization: stambhaya, cause to subdue)! Sealed with the vajra dance mudra, no one can destroy it. Make up for any deficiencies and omissions, dissolve the mandala, and adorn the end with auspicious prayers. By the power of wrathful Manjushri, even the fears of the times are destroyed, what need to mention other obstacles? Therefore, with this powerful activity yoga that eliminates all obstacles, repel the armies of demons, raise the banner of the Dharma that never declines, and may the life of the holder be firm and long! This was written at the urging of the great terton Chokgyur Lingpa, and at the request of Trichen Dorje Chang Gyurme Yeshe Wangyal of Ogmin Ogyen Mindrolling as a practice for his heart essence, and with repeated requests from the terton's son Rigzin Tshewang Drakpa. Therefore, after obtaining permission from the Lord of the Wheel, the great terton lama himself, it was composed by Ngak Rigdzin Pema Garwang Lodro Thaye at the Palpung Yangkhyod Dego Kotī's practice place.
