口中呼出毒气，如云雾般弥漫，眼中流淌着血海。 背负着毒液袋，手中挥舞着毒斧，钉入铁钉。 毒箭射入敌人的体内，铁钉刺穿敌人的心脏。 骑着毒猪，门姆女神施展毒行，向敌人发出‘བྷྱོ’（bhyaḥ，摧毁）的怒吼！ ཨྱཻ！（Ayi!，惊叹词）从圣母的意念化现，意念的化身显现。 在西方空旷的世界里，她统治着成千上万的龙魔。 门姆黑女神，有着熊的面孔，身上披着孔雀的羽毛。 头发如血海般翻滚，口中呕吐着鲜血。 眼中流淌着血河，手中挥舞着血斧，钉入心脏。 背上背着血袋，用血斧打击违背誓言的敌人。 将铜箭和巨大的铁钉射向敌人，骑着皮制的蟾蜍。 门姆女神施展毒行，向敌人发出‘བྷྱོ’（bhyaḥ，摧毁）的怒吼！ ཨྱཻ！（Ayi!，惊叹词）从圣母的意念化现，意念的化身显现。 在北方空旷的世界里，她统治着成千上万的夜叉。 门姆黑女神，有着鹏的面孔，身上披着黑色的毛毡。 头发如黑蛇般黑暗，口中喷涌着毒液之海。 眼中滴落着鲜血，发出“ཟུ་ལུ་ལུ”的声音，毒雾弥漫。 毒气如云雾般笼罩，毒气弥漫，笼罩敌人。 手中挥舞着毒斧，投向敌人，背负着毒液袋。 将毒箭和巨大的铁钉射向敌人，骑着黑色的毒蛇。 门姆女神施展毒行，向敌人发出‘བྷྱོ’（bhyaḥ，摧毁）的怒吼！ 以上是至高秘密的行动，将诅咒降临自身，进行守护和折磨。 摧毁已做之事，拔出插入之物，封闭秘密通道，压制言语。 遣除执着，解除诅咒等等，在所有这些时候，都要运用和转化这个口诀。 供养和赞颂的明灯，由导师蒋贝·祖杰（'Jam-dpal rdzus-skyes）所著，圆满结束。 萨玛雅（samaya，誓言）！愿一切吉祥！善哉！

From her mouth, poisonous vapors billow like clouds, from her eyes, a sea of blood pours forth. She carries a sack of poison, and in her hand, she wields a poisonous axe, driving in iron nails. She sends poisonous arrows into the enemy's body, and iron nails pierce the enemy's heart. Riding a poisonous pig, the Mönmo goddess performs poisonous deeds, shouting 'bhyo' (བྷྱོཿ, bhyaḥ, to destroy) at the enemy! Ayi! (ཨྱཻ, exclamation) From the mind emanation of the Mother, the mind emanation manifests. In the empty world of the West, she wields power over hundreds of thousands of klu demons. The Mönmo black goddess, with the face of a bear, wears peacock feathers on her body. Her hair swirls like a sea of blood, and from her mouth, she vomits blood. From her eyes, rivers of blood flow, and in her hand, she wields a blood axe, driving in heart nails. She carries a sack of blood on her back, and strikes oath-breakers with the blood axe. She sends copper arrows and great nails at the enemy, riding a leather toad. The Mönmo goddess performs poisonous deeds, shouting 'bhyo' (བྷྱོཿ, bhyaḥ, to destroy) at the enemy! Ayi! (ཨྱཻ, exclamation) From the mind emanation of the Mother, the mind emanation manifests. In the empty world of the North, she wields power over hundreds of thousands of yakshas. The Mönmo black goddess, with the face of a garuda, wears a black felt cloak on her body. Her hair is as dark as black snakes, and from her mouth, she spews a sea of poison. From her eyes, blood drips, making a 'zulu lu lu' sound, and poisonous mists billow. Poisonous vapors envelop, shrouding the enemy, and in her hand, she hurls a poisonous axe at the enemy. She carries a sack of poison on her back, and sends poisonous arrows and great nails at the enemy, riding a black poisonous snake. The Mönmo goddess performs poisonous deeds, shouting 'bhyo' (བྷྱོཿ, bhyaḥ, to destroy) at the enemy! This is the action of the supreme secret, bringing curses upon oneself, and guarding and tormenting. Destroying what has been done, pulling out what has been inserted, closing secret paths, suppressing speech. Reversing attachments, dissolving curses, and so forth, at all these times, apply and transform this instruction. The lamp that clarifies offerings and praises, composed by the teacher Jampal Zukyé ('Jam-dpal rdzus-skyes), is complete. Samaya (ས་མ་ཡ།, samaya, vow)!
