Among all practices, it is extremely important to recite in the order of four sessions, without separating from the focus of emitting a buzzing sound. By reciting only 'Ar tsik Nir tsik' in such an order, will signs be obtained? At the very least, after completing the count of three hundred thousand recitations, the focus remains as before. When the light of the mantra radiates and retracts, after offering to the Buddhas and gathering accomplishments, again visualize the light of the mantra as hot, rough, fierce, and swift flames, like sparks of meteoric iron, radiating to the ten directions with a loud roar, purifying all the arrogance of the world as if burning grass with fire. Then, involuntarily attract the pure essence, 'ཨ་ཡ་མ་དུ་རུ་ཙ་ཤ་ན་' (Tibetan), 'अय मद रुत च शन' (Sanskrit Devanagari), 'Aya madu ruta ca shana' (Sanskrit Romanization), 'Ah Ya Ma Du Ru Tsa Sha Na' (Literal Chinese meaning), these eight syllables, and dissolve them into the 'ཨུ་' (Tibetan), 'उ' (Sanskrit Devanagari), 'U' (Sanskrit Romanization), 'U' (Literal Chinese meaning) of 'ཧཱུྃ' (Tibetan), 'हूँ' (Sanskrit Devanagari), 'Hūṃ' (Sanskrit Romanization), 'Hum' (Literal Chinese meaning), and contemplate becoming the sovereign who completely triumphs over the three realms. Then, connect the thirteen-syllable mantra to the previous mantra and recite it until signs appear. The number of recitations must be at least two hundred thousand, otherwise it cannot be done. After that, when collecting the essence, except for not collecting it in the form of syllables, everything else is done according to the previous focus. Recite 'Spu gri chig shur rtags mthong' (Tibetan) until signs appear, or at least recite it one hundred thousand times. When reciting the retinue mantra, visualize light radiating from the mantra garland at your heart, striking whichever deity it is, thereby stimulating the mind-stream of that deity. Then, light radiates from the seed syllable at the heart of that deity, benefiting both oneself and others as with the main deity before. Contemplate the light of the essence dissolving into you, and then recite in segments. That is, if one session involves reciting the main deity's mantra one thousand times, then each of the retinue's mantras is recited one hundred and eight times. In this way, make the number of recitations for all the retinue reach one hundred thousand. Next is the secret bell practice: oneself remains as before, inseparable from the pride and clarity of the main deity. From the 'ཧཱུྃ' (Tibetan), 'हूँ' (Sanskrit Devanagari), 'Hūṃ' (Sanskrit Romanization), 'Hum' (Literal Chinese meaning) at your heart, countless red 'ཧཱུྃ' (Tibetan), 'हूँ' (Sanskrit Devanagari), 'Hūṃ' (Sanskrit Romanization), 'Hum' (Literal Chinese meaning) syllables emit, making their own sound, shining like sparks, emerging unhindered from the mouth, these lights purify all impure dualistic appearances and clinging to reality, making them luminous. Contemplate all appearances and existence being filled with red 'ཧཱུྃ' (Tibetan), 'हूँ' (Sanskrit Devanagari), 'Hūṃ' (Sanskrit Romanization), 'Hum' (Literal Chinese meaning) syllables, making a loud sound, then divide the 'ཧཱུྃ' (Tibetan), 'हूँ' (Sanskrit Devanagari), 'Hūṃ' (Sanskrit Romanization), 'Hum' (Literal Chinese meaning) triple sound into three parts, and recite one of them. Then, contemplate all the external 'ཧཱུྃ' (Tibetan), 'हूँ' (Sanskrit Devanagari), 'Hūṃ' (Sanskrit Romanization), 'Hum' (Literal Chinese meaning) syllables making their own sound, entering from your throat, gently dissolving into the 'ཧཱུྃ' (Tibetan), 'हूँ' (Sanskrit Devanagari), 'Hūṃ' (Sanskrit Romanization), 'Hum' (Literal Chinese meaning) at your heart, thereby making all the dharmas of samsara and nirvana not become anything other than self-aware wisdom, but become the great bliss of primordial purity. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
