ྐུ་རྟེན་ཡོད་ན་བརྟན་བཞུགས་དང་མེད་ན་གཤེགས་གསོལ། བསྔོ་སྨོན་ཤིས་བརྗོད་བཅས་ཀྱིས་གྲུབ་བོ། །ཀརྨ་དྲག་པོས་བདག་སོགས་འགྲོ་ཀུན་ལ། །གསང་གསུམ་བྱིན་རླབས་གཟི་བྱིན་རབ་བསྩལ་ནས། །ཉོན་མོངས་བདུད་བཞིའི་དཔུང་ལས་རྣམ་པར་རྒྱལ། །ཕྲིན་ལས་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས་སྲིད་པའི་གཡུལ་ཟློག་ཤོག །སྨིན་བྱེད་འདིའི་ཕྱག་བཞེས་རྩ་བ་ལྔ་པ་རིན་པོ་ 12-31-8a ཆེའི་གསུང་ཉིད་ཚིག་སྣ་བསྡུས་ཆེས་པས་རང་འདྲའི་བློ་དམན་ལ་བཀླག་ཆོག་མས་ཉམས་ཕན་ཆེ་བར་བསམས་ནས། བློ་གྲོས་མཐའ་ཡས་པའི་སྡེས་རྫོང་གསར་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ལྷ་རྩེར་བགྱིས་པ་དགེ་ལེགས་འཕེལ།། །།

如有佛像等所依物，则进行住世祈请，如没有则进行送别祈请。最后以回向、发愿和吉祥祝愿结束。 祈愿噶玛扎波（Karma Drakpo）以身语意三密的加持和威光，赐予我和所有众生， 彻底战胜烦恼和四魔的军队， 以事业的力量，逆转轮回的战场！ 此成熟仪轨的第五根本，是仁波切的教言，因其文字过于简略，像我这样智慧低下的人难以阅读，考虑到其具有极大的利益， 故由无边慧者在宗萨扎西拉孜（Dzongsar Tashi Lhatse）完成，愿吉祥增上！

If there is a sacred object such as a statue, perform the prayer for it to remain; if not, perform the farewell prayer. Conclude with dedication, aspiration, and auspicious wishes. May Karma Drakpo bestow upon myself and all beings the blessings and splendor of the three secrets of body, speech, and mind, Completely triumph over the army of afflictions and the four maras, May the power of activity reverse the battlefield of samsara! This fifth root of the ripening practice is the precious words of Rinpoche. Because the words are too concise, it is difficult for those of low intelligence like myself to read. Considering its great benefit, Therefore, it was completed by the wise one with boundless intellect at Dzongsar Tashi Lhatse.
