观想自身成为金刚身（藏文：རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྐུ་，多吉格，金刚身）。将长寿精华置于头顶，念诵：嗡！不变自性身之寿（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思），轮回涅槃精华凝于明点。以大威德力灌顶，愿成就金刚身！嗡 嘉纳 达吉尼 阿玛拉尼 济万帝 耶 梭哈！（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཛྙཱ་ན་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཨ་མཱ་ར་ཎི་ཛཱི་བཱནྟི་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔）在长寿咒语之后，念诵：卡亚 阿玉 嘉纳 阿比辛恰 嗡！（藏文：ཀཱ་ཡ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱན་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨོཾ༔）品尝汇集了稳定与变动精华的长寿酒，生命能量的转移融入中脉的法界。观想成就无坏金刚那达之语。将长寿酒置于喉咙，并施予口中，念诵：阿！无碍音声语之寿，风咒圆满于中脉法界。以殊胜能力灌顶，愿成就金刚语！长寿咒语之后，念诵：瓦嘎 阿玉 嘉纳 阿比辛恰 阿！（藏文：ཝཱ་ཀ་ཨ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱ༔）将汇集了轮回涅槃精华的丸药置于心间并享用，使念头自然消融于光明之中，观想成就无变永恒至上的金刚心。将长寿丸置于心间，并施予口中，念诵：吽！光明遍布心之寿，自然稳定遍及一切。以永恒至上灌顶，愿成就金刚心！长寿咒语，念诵： 泽达 阿玉 嘉纳 阿比辛恰 吽！（藏文：ཙིཏྟ་ཨ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་ཨཱ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ༔）长寿精华充满身体，所有精华融入心间日月宫殿中央的不坏明点 班 字（藏文：བཾ་）。将日月宫殿合拢，用金刚链交叉捆绑。观想整个身体被金刚盔甲覆盖，没有任何事物可以穿透。将长寿箭矢交叉放置，念诵：阿！遍布虚空之智慧等，如仪轨中所述，在不坏本初法界中扩展。散花并广为赞颂吉祥。通过这些，大空行 极乐女王（藏文：མཁའ་འགྲོ་བདེ་ཆེན་རྒྱལ་མོ）的加持灌顶次第圆满完成。如伏藏文中所说：‘仅获得此灌顶一次，若不违背誓言，从现在到临终中阴，三位使者将加持，进入大空行之地，毫无疑问将成就殊胜成就。’因此，应以守护金刚乘共同和特殊誓言的决心，跟随念诵。如主尊所说等，以及供养曼扎、献身、共同回向等，即可完成。

Visualize yourself as the Vajra Body. Place the longevity essence on the crown of your head and recite: Om! Immutable nature, the life of the body, the essence of samsara and nirvana condenses into a bindu. By the empowerment of great splendor, may I attain the Vajra Body! Om Jnana Dakini Amarani Jivanti Ye Svaha! After the longevity mantra, recite: Kaya Ayur Jnana Abhishintsa Om! Tasting the longevity wine that gathers the supreme essence of stability and movement, the transference of life energy dissolves into the sphere of the central channel. Visualize the accomplishment of the indestructible Vajra Nada's speech. Place the longevity wine at the throat and offer it to the mouth, reciting: Ah! Unobstructed sound, the life of speech, the wind mantra is perfected in the sphere of the central channel. By the empowerment of supreme power, may I attain Vajra Speech! After the longevity mantra, recite: Vaka Ayur Jnana Abhishintsa Ah! Touching and enjoying the pill that gathers the essence of samsara and nirvana at the heart, thoughts naturally dissolve into the expanse of clear light, and visualize the accomplishment of the immutable, eternal, supreme Vajra Mind. Place the longevity pill at the heart and offer it to the mouth, reciting: Hum! Clear light pervades the life of the mind, natural stability pervades all. By the empowerment of eternal supremacy, may I attain Vajra Mind! The longevity mantra, recite: Citta Ayur Jnana Abhishintsa Hum! The essence of longevity fills the body, and all the essence dissolves into the indestructible bindu Bam (藏文：བཾ་) in the center of the sun and moon palace in the heart. Close the sun and moon palace and bind it crosswise with a Vajra chain. Visualize the entire body covered with Vajra armor, so that nothing can find an opening to penetrate. Place the longevity arrows in a cross, reciting: Ah! Wisdom pervading the sky, etc., as described in the ritual, expand into the indestructible primordial sphere. Scatter flowers and extensively praise auspiciousness. Through these, the blessing empowerment sequence of the Great Bliss Queen Dakini (藏文：མཁའ་འགྲོ་བདེ་ཆེན་རྒྱལ་མོ) , a branch of the seven secret essence heart teachings, is completely accomplished. As stated in the treasure text: 'Even by receiving this empowerment once, if one does not break the vows, from now until the bardo of death, the three messengers will bless you, and you will proceed to the great Dakini realm, without doubt attaining supreme accomplishment.' Therefore, with the determination to protect the common and special vows of Vajrayana, repeat after me. As the main deity said, etc., and offering the mandala, offering the body, common dedication, etc., will complete it. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

आचार्य (Acharya，上师)以荟供轮（Ganachakra，一种密宗仪式）来娱乐大众，并将剩余的食物布施出去，按照仪轨，一直到吉祥祈愿文（Tashi，吉祥）结束。在此，我祈愿通过精勤而产生的过失之云，被根本上师、本尊、空行三根本的慈悲甘霖所消融，融入法界虚空之中，愿加持的光芒如百万道光芒般绽放，愿成就二利的莲园得以盛开。愿所有与此结缘者，皆能往生清净空行刹土，与俱生智慧空行母无二无别，证得大乐金刚身，愿自生圆满，二利任运成就！这段文字，也是为了那些智慧不足的人，以利益他们的心，结合伏藏文本而写成。由不死教法二者雍仲林巴（Chimé Tennyi Yungdrung Lingpa）在宗肖德谢杜巴（Dzongshod Deshek Dupa）大殿的修行室中写下，愿吉祥增长！吉祥！ 愿吉祥增长！

The Acharya enjoys the Ganachakra (a Tantric ritual) and distributes the remaining food, following the ritual until the end of the auspicious prayer (Tashi). Here, I pray that the clouds of faults arising from diligence may be dissolved by the rain of compassion from the Three Roots—the Root Guru, Yidam, and Dakini—and merged into the Dharmadhatu space. May the light of blessings bloom like a million rays, and may the lotus garden of accomplishing the two benefits flourish. May all who are connected with this be reborn in the pure Khechara (pure land of dakinis), inseparable from the innate wisdom Dakini, attain the body of great bliss Vajra, and may self-arisen perfection and the spontaneous accomplishment of the two benefits be achieved! This text is also written for those of lesser intelligence, with the intention of benefiting them, combining it with the treasure text. Written by Chimé Tennyi Yungdrung Lingpa in the practice room of the great Dzongshod Deshek Dupa Palace, may auspiciousness increase! Auspicious!
