དམ་ཚིག་ཁས་བླང་སོགས་སྤྱི་ལྟར་དང་། རྗེས་ཀྱི་ལས་རིམ་ཡང་ཕྲིན་ལས་གཞུང་བཞིན་བྱའོ། །ཆོས་འདིས་མཐའ་ཆེན་ཀུན་ཏུ་ཁྱབ། །དེ་སྙེད་འགྲོ་རྣམས་གུ་རུ་རྗེའི། །བྱིན་རླབས་འཇུག་པའི་སྣོད་གྱུར་ནས། །པདྨོ་བདེ་བ་ཅན་མཚུངས་ཤོག །ཅེས་པའང་རིགས་ཀུན་ཁྱབ་བདག་འགྲོ་བའི་མགོན་པོ་ཀུན་མཁྱེན་རྡོ་རྗེ་གཟི་བརྗིད་རྩལ་གྱིས་བཀའ་ཡིས་རྗེས་སུ་གནང་བ་ལྟར། ཞལ་ལུང་ཟིན་ཐུན་སོར་བཞག་ཏུ་སྙིགས་མའི་དགེ་སྦྱོང་ལྟར་སྣང་བ་པདྨ་གར་དབང་བློ་གྲོས་མཐའ་ཡས་རྩལ་གྱིས་དཔལ་སྤུངས་ཡང་ཁྲོད་ཙ་འདྲ་རིན་ཆེན་བྲག་གི་སྒྲུབ་གནས་སུ་སྦྱར་བ་དགེ་ལེགས་འཕེལ།། །།

如同通常的誓言承诺等，后续的仪轨也应按照事业仪轨进行。愿此法遍及一切广大之处，愿所有众生都成为古汝（Guru，上师）的加持融入之器，如同莲花盛开于极乐世界！这是应一切种姓的遍主、众生的怙主、全知金刚光辉力（ཀུན་མཁྱེན་རྡོ་རྗེ་གཟི་བརྗིད་རྩལ།，Kun-mkhyen rdo-rje gzi-byjid rtsal）的旨意，按照口传记录，末世的伪善修行者莲花自在智慧无边力（པདྨ་གར་དབང་བློ་གྲོས་མཐའ་ཡས་རྩལ།，Padma gar dbang blo gros mtha' yas rtsal）于八蚌寺的修行地，查扎仁钦扎（ཙ་འདྲ་རིན་ཆེན་བྲག་，Tsa-'dra rin-chen brag）所著。愿吉祥增盛！
English
As with the usual samaya vows and so forth, the subsequent activities should also be performed according to the activity manual. May this Dharma pervade all vast expanses. May all beings become vessels into which the blessings of the Guru enter, like lotuses in Sukhavati! This was written according to the command of Kunkyen Dorje Ziji Tsal (ཀུན་མཁྱེན་རྡོ་རྗེ་གཟི་བརྗིད་རྩལ།, Omniscient Vajra Splendor Power), the all-pervading lord of all lineages, the protector of beings. According to the oral instructions, Padma Garwang Lodro Thaye Tsal (པདྨ་གར་དབང་བློ་གྲོས་མཐའ་ཡས་རྩལ།, Lotus Free Wisdom Infinite Power), who appears as a degenerate practitioner in these degenerate times, composed this at the Palpung hermitage, Tsa-dra Rinchen Drak (ཙ་འདྲ་རིན་ཆེན་བྲག་, Tsa-dra Precious Rock).
