From the 'Guru's Heart Practice, Wish-Fulfilling Jewel': A Concise Ripening Empowerment, the Method of Blessing Torma Empowerment, called 'Bestowing Auspicious Glory'. The source of blessings, siddhis, and activities, The Guru, the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel, With faith, worship at the crown of the head, and here, I will explain the complete torma empowerment. This is the essence of all empowerments and blessings. This empowerment, based on the complete torma, is praised by the vidyadharas who have attained realization and by the authors of the texts. In this text, it says: 'If it is very concise, then perform the torma empowerment. And that is, the prayer that spontaneously fulfills wishes. Recite the complete prayer or the thirteen verses, each verse pacifying a specific suffering. Combine them into one and perform the torma empowerment. Or recite the prayer from the last section, especially the root basis of all heart practices, the six vajra verses, praying to the Buddhas of the three times, etc. Proclaim the mantra with a loud voice and generate devotion.' Thus, to accomplish the essence of the blessings of the torma empowerment of the Guru's Heart Practice, Wish-Fulfilling Jewel, there are three parts: first, preparing the materials; second, accomplishing and offering the basis of the empowerment; third, the actual activity of the empowerment. First, on the altar, on the mandala, arrange the torma according to the number of deities. On the central altar, place the large Guru torma, adorned like Mount Meru, etc. In front of it, arrange the three: medicine, rakta, and torma. Arrange two waters, offerings, rosaries, etc., and other necessary materials. Second, follow the text of the activity manual, especially focusing on the large torma, open the door of recitation, and recite as much as possible. Offer the protector torma. If there is a tsok offering, then complete the pacifying, increasing, subjugating, and destroying activities. Focus on the activity vase. Visualize in the activity vase: 'Hayagriva, red-black, holding a skull staff and fire brand, complete with wrathful attire, dancing in the midst of flames. From the garland of the heart essence mantra, a stream of nectar arises, filling the vase, transforming into purifying vajra nectar.' Visualize in this way. Hūṃ phaṭ! After reciting one hundred and eight times, I pray that the Great Wrathful One will dispel obstacles and accomplish all activities. Thus entrusting the activity, throw the flower of wisdom and receive the blessing. The third part, the summary: Bathing, exorcising, protection wheel, meditation, connecting, praying, bestowing blessings, purifying the continuum, upholding vows, descending wisdom, empowerment, the order is material and subsequent. As mentioned above, there are eleven steps. First: Bathe the disciples with water from the vase. Second: Arrange the exorcism torma, according to the ritual, starting from 'oneself visualized as the Great Powerful One,' reciting the blessing, summoning, dedication, expulsion, etc., and drive away with guggul and mustard seeds. Third: Recite 'Hūṃ! Our own nature,' etc., and firmly visualize the protection wheel. Fourth: Perform the flower offering and gathering ceremony, generate bodhicitta, and clarify the goal. Here, the primordial Buddha, the all-pervading Padmasambhava, with the power of impartial compassion, opens an inconceivable door of blessing, entering the continuum of those to be tamed. Showing various manifestations with skillful means, the most supreme among them is the profound Guru Yoga practice. Among the inner, outer, secret, and most secret practices, there are many key instructions to adapt to the differences of time and capacity. To counter the degeneration of the teachings and beings in the degenerate age, two undisputed and well-known Vidyadharas who tame beings opened the treasure chest of the Mind Accomplishment Wish-Fulfilling Jewel. Among them, there are extensive, intermediate, and concise practices. Now, although the ritual is concise, it contains the essence of all empowerments and blessings, and is the complete and ultimate ripening practice. Now, we will perform the empowerment based on the Great Guru Offering. What I (the Guru) should do has been completed. Now, please (disciples) offer the mandala as the price for receiving the empowerment. Thus connecting, please offer the mandala.
