༔ From beginningless lifetimes, I have entered the gate of Secret Mantra Mahayana, and I confess with offerings of desirable objects the broken root and branch vows. All the self-grasping Rakshasas generated by ignorance, afflictions, grasping, and clinging, cast into the form aggregate, Nri Tri Dza! May the consciousness merge into the expanse of Dharmadhatu, Phat! Enjoy in the wheel of the form aggregate! Rakshasa Sarva Hala Panza Puja Khahe! (Tibetan: རཱུ་ཏྲ་སརྦ་ཧ་ལ་པཉྩ་པཱུ་ཙ་ཁཱ་ཧི, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: rākṣasa sarva hala pañca pūca khāhi, Rakshasa Sarva Hala Panza Puja Khahe!) Arise the embodiment from the Dharmadhatu, pacify the obstacles to attaining enlightenment, eliminate the decline of the outer and inner worlds, restore the decay of the root-wind power, accomplish the fruit of practice. Eighth, recording the transgressions: Hum! In the past, in the Akanishta Ghanavyuha pure land, and in joyful places such as the three realms of the gods, when the places of the great secret tantras were shown, the Dharma protectors of the Vajrayana were placed in the ranks of strict Samaya. In the middle, in the land of snowy Tibet, when Guru Padmasambhava with a skull garland turned the wheel of Secret Mantra Dharma, he seized the life essence of the great and small gods and demons of existence and placed them under his control. Finally, in the pure land of clear light, in the palace of great bliss, Padma Wangchen (Tibetan: པདྨ་དབང་ཆེན, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: padma vaṃ chen, Padma Wangchen), Padjung Drime Ozer blessed with the breath of Longchen Zabgye, and when the Dakini of the Wisdom Dharmadhatu gave the Longsal symbolic script, the Dharma protectors, such as the Rahu's life-dagger, promised, please accept this adorned offering Torma, accomplish the four activities. Ninth, protecting the Tenma: Hum! Glorious obedient ones, protectors of the Tibetan realm, the twelve sister Tenma, come here, accept the wash water of the Torma, accomplish the entrusted activities. Tenth, horse dance: Hum! In this mandala of the Vidyadhara Buddhas, all the oath-breaking demons who lead astray, suppress! Seal of the nine successive vehicles, may it never rise again! Stambhaya Nan! (Tibetan: སྟཾ་བྷ་ཡ་ནན, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: staṃ bhā ya nan, Stambhaya Nan!) Eleventh, obtaining Siddhi: Ho! All the deities of the Vidyadhara mandala, through the Samaya established by approaching and practicing, Vajrasattva never abandons, the time has come to bestow Siddhi! Grant the attainment of all common siddhis right now! Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Vajra Guru Padma Thötreng Tsal Vajra Samaya Jaḥ! Kaya Waka Chitta Alala Siddhi Pala Hūṃ! Confession of the Twelve Transgressions: Hūṃ! In the maṇḍala of the assembled vidyādharas, offerings incomplete, practice negligent, in samādhi, dullness, agitation, and so forth, forgive the transgressions and errors! Oṃ Vajrasattva, etc., recite. Thirteen, Completion Stage Absorption: Ho! Like a bubble dissolving into water, the maṇḍala deities emanating from oneself, into the wisdom realm, Vajra Mu! Arise as the illusory deity body of subsequent attainment. Fourteen, Dedication and Aspiration Union: Ho! All the merit accumulated in the three times, dedicate as the cause for achieving omniscience, may myself and all assembled, in one instant, attain Buddhahood! (Recite) three times. Fifteen, Auspicious Proclamation: Ho! By the blessing of the vidyādhara lineage, and the truth of the Three Jewels, and the auspicious connection of the profound secret mantra, may there be auspiciousness to pacify the eight fears! May there be auspiciousness to increase life and merit! May there be auspiciousness to control appearances! May there be auspiciousness to subdue the misleading! May appearance and attachment be perfected as the mudrā of the deity body, may sound become the mantra of great bliss, may memory and awareness ripen into the clear light dharmakāya, may the rainbow body be thoroughly transparent, auspiciousness! Ema! Such extremely profound key points, the treasure essence gathered, the treasure of intention, in the palace of clear space, play the vajra music of symbolic words! Although sealed and hidden in the heart, urged by the symbols of vidyādharas and ḍākinīs, used for the benefit of fortunate followers! Imprint in the heart!
