The Inner Practice of the Gathering of Vidyadharas: In a secluded and delightful red area, Where plants, forests, and flowers flourish, In that auspicious and desirable supreme place, Prepare the mandala and offering implements, and the eye-offerings, etc., with mindfulness. Sit comfortably on a cushion, And practice with the profound interdependence that includes the preliminary, main part, and conclusion. Samaya! First, the preliminary preparation, Of the seven aspects, the first is: In the space in front, visualize the field of merit, And take refuge with faith. Namo! I and limitless sentient beings, Take refuge in the essence of the Guru (Guru, गुरु, guru, Teacher) and the Three Jewels, And in the mandala of the ocean of Vidyadharas (Vidyadhara, विद्याधर, vidyādhara, Knowledge Holder), From the depths of our hearts, we sincerely take refuge.
